Cleaning was so-so. Unfortunately, there is a language barrier with the office staff. Marina called me to confirm an appointment for the same day. Fine. While confirming, I specifically stated multiple times that I had ant bait traps left out that should NOT be moved. I asked her to have the cleaning ladies clean around the ant paths. When I arrived home, the ant traps were moved. Strike one. The following day, Marina called me stating I left a voicemail complaining about the cleaners not arriving and that she was going to send the cleaners over that day. After explaining to her multiple times that I did not leave a voicemail and that the cleaners were indeed at my house the previous day, she finally understood and acknowledged that she had called the wrong customer. Strike two. Needless to say, I cancelled my service with the company. The owner Teresa did contact me to apologize, but unfortunately, I think the language barrier is too much of a hindrance. read more

Wow, I was very impressed with the quality of deep cleaning, excellent customer service, and great price! Highly recommend Unique Cleaning service. We needed deep cleaning of showers, windows, kitchen, and a few other things after our tenants moved out of the condo. The showers had a lot of stubborn mineral deposits, the windows and frames had not been cleaned in years, the ceiling fan was very dusty, and the stove/oven/hood were quite greasy. The first cleaner did a good job, but had a family emergency so had to leave before finishing. Hey, life happens, I understand. I worked with the owner (Saman, who was very apologetic and concerned) to schedule another cleaner to finish up and the results just blew me away. Saman himself even helped out, cleaning the outside of the windows which was not part of the original quote. They would not stop nor leave until I was 100% satisfied with the cleaning results. I loved the service I received! Alex set everything up for me and she was great! She answered all of my questions and assured me everything would be fine. I have used this cleaning service several times and initially gave them a very good review. The first time was the best! I had two people come out, they did an excellent job for a very reasonable rate. The second time, I specifically asked for 3 full hours, two employees and I was very specific that I wanted to get some heavy cleaning done. In addition to bringing a child with them, they could not get out of my house fast enough. Leaving visible dirt everywhere. Even though, I did give them a generous tip. When I called to settle my bill, it was a reasonable amount considering it was for about an hour and a half. I did not find out until today, they put the tip intended for their employees toward my bill. This company has very poor communication skills. I had them come out again, two employees for 3 hours. Since I called late, I agreed to pay for 3 full hours, as long as they got the job done. The did a fine job, not excellent like the first couple that cleaned for me. I tipped them well and called to settle my bill. I was charged twice as much as the first two times, even though it was only one hour more! The owner was very unapologetic about the situation. The impression I got was she couldn't have cared less. When I told her I would not be using her services again, she had no response. I'm done for good! read more

But the cleaners arrived late (couldn't find my house) and I feel like they did a very rushed job to get to their next job. Areas were left undusted and whatever they used on the stainless appliances was not a good product. Left a white film on everything. I had to completely redo all the appliances. I love this service! They are very professional. Always on time. They are always accessible by phone or email and communicate perfectly. Most importantly, my home has never been so clean. I was hoping this would be the one company that I could stick with...wrong. I always give a company more than 1 shot, but this time, I wasted my money. Cleaners were late (by 4 hours) the first time. Cleaning was good, but I missed 4 hours of work, not good. Second time, cleaners canceled and couldn't come the day scheduled. Third time: I was charged an outrageous amount (newer house now) and the cleaning was about as good as my 12 year old boy can do. I hired Unique to try because everybody think they are good. They are nice however the cleaning work was so bad. Upstairs was okay then when I checked downstairs in my kitchen and family and bathroom room they did not even vacuum and mop the floor they said they did but it not clean at all. They were the first to get back to me and after gathering quotes they were the most straight forward about their financial arrangements and it was communicated well.
