I had the Red Hot ramen, which was rich and flavorful, with layers of flavor, tender and meaty pork belly, and a perfectly jammy shoyu marinated egg. Lots of flavor, and not too hot for my spice-loving palate. They use thin straight style ramen noodles here, which tasted fresh and had perfect spring.
Our local relatives opted for their favorite, the Stockholm Shoyu - which also looked excellent.
This spot is small and cozy, and they were able to seat us quickly even though they seemed quite popular for lunch.
