The food is ok. Security and safety? Not really. My wife and her visiting friend had late lunch here. Unfortunately, my wife lost her winter coat while having lunch. Hard to believe? Yes. Apparently, the coat fell from the chair and someone behind picked it up and took it with them. This was confirmed when they reviewed the video footage. It has been almost a week, the management has not come out with an acceptable resolution to the incident. This is such a disappointment since this place is supposed to be a safe and great place to hang out, but no, it is not. Apparently, they had a coat check but no one offered. The restaurant was not even busy during that time. So, if you happen to go there, hold on to your valuables as THEY ARE NOT SAFE THERE! read more

Globe is the only sit-down table-service restaurant before security at the airport since the White Spot closed. So if you're after someplace at the airport on the free-world side of security where you can sit down and be served, this is your only option. The good news is that Globe is overall a fairly positive experience. The service is friendly and for the most part professional and efficient. The food, at least for breakfast, was quite good. The breakfast buffet had a good range of options, all good quality and fresh. Omelettes made to order, waffles, eggs Benedict etc available for the asking. Menu items are nicely presented and arrive reasonably quickly. The room is nice, in that generic airport hotel decor kind of way. Prices are a bit on the expensive side, but considering that it's an airport hotel dining room, they're much what you'd expect, and frankly not radically more expensive than I recall the now-closed airport White Spot being. As a bonus, if you're having a meal Globe will validate your airport parking for up the three hours, so if you factor the significant savings on parking against the cost of your meal the whole thing works out quite nicely. I can't say that I'd necessarily make a special trip to the airport to have a meal here, but I would definitely come back the next time I'm at the airport. read more

Came here for dinner with people from work. This restaurant has the potential to be so good. The set up is great and the view pretty amazing. Problem when we came is that they were understaffed and it took forever to get served and to get our food. In total we were there for over 3 hours due to the long wait times. The manager didn't seem to notice and did nothing until at the very end when our boss paid for the meal when he was asked how everything was. When he told him that we weren't that happy he asked what he could do, but it was too late by then. Good was good, but having to wait so long over shadowed it. read more

Globe's New Years' Eve buffet is a wonderful fine dining experience. NY2018 was the second consecutive year we've attended and it has now become a tradition. We take an early sitting because we couldn't care less about the midnight hoopla. Reservations two months in advance are a good idea. The first course consists of all kinds of fresh seafood, and you can indulge to your heart's content. The main course is a chance to explore the chef's creations which are all delicious. There's a fantastic array of desserts to choose from. Dinner is around $150 pp tip included, drinks extra. Service is pleasant and discrete. read more

It was our 10th anniversary so my wife suggested we should have high tea at the hotel where we got married. We met at this airport, got married here and it seemed natural to come here and celebrate the occasion. The service was professionally friendly, which you would expect from a branded hotel chain. The hotel rooms are top notch as we can attest. But the food... We were asked off the bat if we were to use the voucher. We didn't. We were there to enjoy, not to score on a deal (not that there is anything wrong with it). The tea was the only thing we needed to order. The tea was good. My 7-year-old ordered a peppermint, which she liked. Mine was the masala chai...bit on the weak side but that could well be just my personal taste. My wife liked her Jetsetter. The food came. And it was...uninspired. The bread for the sandwich tasted like wonder bread, bleached-white and squeezy. My daughter's peanut butter sandwich was Skippy - machine spun smoothness and sugary, accompanied with 5 pieces of Pringles Original chips. Our sandwiches were lackluster as well, under-seasoned, ice cold and simply not what you would expect from a brand like Fairmont. The scone was warm but we suspected they were microwaved as they tasted a bit dry. The clotted cream was clearly not made in house and neither was the jam. The top tray was the dessert and they were sickly sweet. They felt like they were from Costco - manufactured, overly sweet. We only ate a couple pieces and left the rest there. Our friendly waiter asked us if we wanted to take them home and all three of us said unanimously 'NO', perfectly in synch. The bill was $118 plus GST. We left a generous tip for the waiting staff but felt cheated by the lack of attention, passion and quality of the food. We instantly started to compared that with other afternoon teas we'd had before over the years: for half of that we got a beautifully brewed pot of tea and house made scones, jam and cream in the basement tea house at Westminster Abbey in London. I seldom have time to write a lengthy review like this but today on Boxing Day I felt propelled to say something. It's a dented experience and a direct criticism to their executive chef who designed this and his/her team who implemented it. We will put this behind us but if you ask me on value for money, one word came to our minds: appalling. My husband and I love afternoon tea, so we decided to try Globes festive afternoon tea. We were expecting the usual lovely Fairmont high tea experience, but instead we left feeling ripped off! ( never a good thing! ) Instead of being served in the comfy lounge, tea was being served in the crowded dining room with its uncomfortable chairs and lunch buffet smells! The service was extremely slow and just downright neglectful ( we were not even offered drinking water! or any hot water refills for our tea!! ) The food took forever to arrive ( frankly, as it came I was reaching for my purse to leave ) and was extremely poor in both quality and quantity! We paid $95 for two teas ( with tip and tax ) and as we left I spoke with a nice ( social media? ) manager about our disappointment. He listened and agreed that a Fairmont should offer a better experience and wrote down my name and phone number, promising someone would call me the next day. Nobody called. The whole experience was extremely unusual, as we often stay at the Fairmont Vancouver Airport up on the club level, and have always loved the food up there ( and from room service too ). I've been staying at that hotel basically since it was brand new and have never had any bad experiences before! I've dined there 1-2 times for lunch in a pinch, and found the service to be below decent standards. 4 weeks ago, I sat in the lounge and waited for my friend at the spa 1.5 hrs. In that time period, not one server came to see if I wanted a beverage or snack. Fine by me. They didn't deserve my $ anyway. So, I got some work done on my laptop instead. The venue physically is not all bad. Well, I was invited to dine there for Valentine's day. I was nervous because I already did not think the restaurant was good. Well, let's just say, that although we had reservations for 2, the very un-cordial host would not give up a window seat. I couldn't fathom why not. We sat for 25 minutes waiting for our server, who was confused and indifferent. We ordered a soup of the day appetizer, only to be served a bowl of lemons, 30 mins into our experience..literally that was intended for another table. 40 minutes later, with all window tables still available, we weren't even served beverages (except 'tap' water as they phrase it), soup or anything else. After 50 minutes of burning frustration, we simply walked out. Do not bring clients or dates to this most ignorantly managed/served restaurant. You will be frustrated and/or embarrassed. read more

I agree with the other three star reviews. Dinner for four here cost over $200. Just didn't feel worth it to me. Definite hotel restaurant pricing. Most my dishes were too greasy and charred. There is a fine line between seared and charred. This was charred as in burnt black on the edges. Combined with the excessive amounts of oil, it just didn't taste that good. They make a fair attempt at using local, seasonal ingredients. Dessert was great. Service was sadly lacking. For some reason it always felt like we had wait five to ten minutes for our server to appear and then another five to ten minutes for whatever it is to arrive. The server would forget things here and there too. Just odd for such an expensive place. The dinner took an excessive 3 hours to complete. It was probably twenty odd minutes before bread arrived. Thirty more minutes for main dishes. I would have rather ate in Gastown at this price level for this service and food quality. Only bonus was that we saw the actress Katherine Heigl having dinner at the other table. read more

I purchased a Social Shopper voucher for the Afternoon High Tea for 2 and wanted to use it before it expired. Part 1: Called to make reservations... I got the hotel switchboard and transferred to the restaurant, there was no answer and got back to the switchboard. The lady was very friendly and helpful when I mentioned I wanted to make a reservation for the following week. I gave my details, phone no., name, date and time and she mentioned that the restaurant will call me to confirm the reservation. 30 minutes later the restaurant called to confirm, along with asking me if we had any allergies or dietary restrictions. I found that very refreshing! Considering my bf does not eat pork and it's always a pain eating out and not given any options for him. I also asked about the parking and validation, all my questions were answered in a clear and friendly manner. Couldn't wait for my high tea date! Part 2: Went to Globe on the day of our reservation, and I must say we had a great time. The hostess and server Curtis were a delight and very friendly. Curtis asked if we had a voucher at the beginning and wasn't put off at all (recently read negative reviews about that). We chose our teas and the food came out in a pretty 3 tiered display (bottom tier - finger sandwiches, salmon, turkey, curried eggs, 2nd tier scones with Devonshire cream and strawberry jam, 3rd tier assorted desserts) . At first it looked so little, even my boyfriend thought we might have to eat at the food court afterwards lol. As you eat up to the the third tier of desserts, it was so filling. Depending on the tea you like, there's a a type for everyone. I had the Early Grey and tried my boyfriend's Dragonwell. As I am not a tea drinker, my tea was tasty! It fit with the finger sandwiches, scones, and desserts. Our view was of the plane hubs but in the background was the Northshore mountains. It's a nice place for a romantic rendezvous and good conversations. I would definitely come again, maybe next time for their a la carte menu, if for high tea, buying the voucher is definitely worth it, but not the full price of $42.00 per person. For an airport restaurant it is top notch, possibly the best I've ever visited. The problem is that for a restaurant in general it's just not that good. I started with the seafood chowder and found it bland with the majority of the seafood to be salmon. It certainly could have used more flavor but at least the broth was smooth and creamy. My main course was the salmon and it was thoroughly disappointing. The fish was dry and flavorless, I expected much better. The wilted greens were quite tasty but the root vegetables were tough. The lone bright spot in the meal was dessert. I had the Salt Spring Island chevre cheesecake and it was magnificent. I highly recommend it. Overall the service was very friendly and it certainly beat eating in the food court but if this restaurant was located anywhere other than the airport it would likely have closed. read more

Well I had the SMOKED TURKEY CLUB for $19 Turkey, cheese, onions, bacon, mustard, mayo, cranberry, tomato, lettuce, and guak. I cannot say I am a big fan of $20 sandwiches. Not that there is anything wrong with it, it was actually pretty good, but I am spoiled by places on Main etc. For Airport food it beats A&W, if your into fancy stuff, and can afford the effort here. I returned again for the afternoon tea and again, using a Groupon, this time with a friend and her year-old baby. I've noticed prices have gone up for the afternoon tea; it was previously $45 per person and is now $54. I called ahead and the hostess reassured me that they were perfectly fine with babies at afternoon tea, and when we arrived they were quick to get a high chair for the baby along with a fun spill-proof cup with straw. The food this time around was actually better than previously and the sweets were a tastier selection; I liked the cheesecake. The scones were nice and soft with a nice serving of cream and jam. Service is attentive when the room is not that busy, but when they are helping you everyone is very nice and kind. I think there may not be enough servers for the size of the restaurant, however, as there was only one person running around taking orders most of the time and another person who would help deliver the food to the tables and go over the menu with you. The hostess during the afternoon tea was very, very nice though. My friend's baby got a bit cranky (as babies are apt to do in the late afternoon) and she was taking him into the lobby and was accosted by a rude diner on the way out; the hostess noticed and made sure that my friend was not too rattled and even brought over a cookie for the little one. Small touches like that make me appreciate that Fairmont does make sure to train all of their staff in customer service. read more

Had high expectations, being our first time for High Tea. You would think tables by the window would be the best tables, they made it seem they were the best tables in the restaurant, perhaps it was if you enjoying looking at what seemed to be a service street for mechanics to work on planes. Anyhoo..... My earl grey tea was delightful, my daughters Berry Berry tea was not, it was very tart/sour. The sandwiches were stale and there was nothing much to them at all...we were most disappointed with these. The "warm" scones tasted stale and not fresh at all, they were quite dense as well:( they must have nuked them before putting them on the tray. The desserts...stale stale stale :( we hardly ate anything on the tray. Luckily we had a social shopper and at $39.00 what we paid for it still wasn't worth it. This is my favourite high tea place. It's always good and I like how they update the menu. I get the same tea (jet setter) everytime. I have never paid full price. There is always a Groupon for this place and when you go there they give you a 2 for 1 coupon. I do have to mention how their prices went up. Three years ago it was $39 per person and now it's $59. The afternoon tea is absurdly overpriced. We used the $54/2 people Groupon, which is, apparently, 50% off. I cannot comprehend how this could normally be $54/person! I've had tea at Sutton Place Hotel and at Adonia, both of which offer far better food, tea, value and service. When making the reservation I mentioned a couple of dietary restrictions we had (no meat for me, no seafood for my companion). They were very gracious about that over the phone. Credit where credit is due! The staff at the hotel also greeted me kindly and walked me right to the restaurant. But from there on everything went downhill. After being seated I wasn't checked in on once until my companion arrived nearly fifteen minutes later (I was a little early, she was a little late). The waiter, when he did greet us, was passably professional. The tea menu is tiny. Sutton Place lets you sniff a sample of their varied teas, Adonia has a massive tea menu. The Fairmont's tea options were few and boring. Then it's presented in a French press sort of teapot, which can't really be refilled, so there were no offers of more hot water. The tea I chose tasted like Orange Pekoe from a teabag. When our food came it was the standard fare with various meats and fish. So clearly not our food. No apologies for sending us the wrong food; it was just wisked away when we pointed out their mistake. When our food did arrive there were four finger sandwiches for me but just three for my companion. As our waiter hadn't returned to check on us after quite some time, we ended up splitting one of mine to even things up! The quality was ok at best, the size of each sandwhich was on the small side. As others have said in was very much wonderbread quality bread with run of the mill fillings (egg salad etc.). The scones (two each) were nice, didn't fall apart when you dug into them with the clotted cream. Probably the best food on the tower. The desserts, which were tiny, were too sweet for my companion; she ended up eating just two of her four. I believe the waiter checked on us once the whole meal. He seemed annoyed that we were there. And to top it all off parking is, of course, airport expensive. That alone cost me $20. So overall I came away hungry and disappointed, with a lighter wallet and a mind boggled by how this is supposed to cost $54/person! read more

I really enjoyed how we weren't rushed at all, even though the room was packed by fellow tea-sippers. The service was pleasant without being too intrusive and annoying. We also didn't have to wait you long to get our menu this time. The baked goods were also consistent and tasty. The maple tea I had was on special for that day. It was amazing! Afternoon tea selection and food quality was good but nothing exceptional. From the sandwiches to the bakery items nothing really stood out as 'wow' to the taste buds. I would give it three stars but for the service, or lack of, received I bumped it down to two. For a Fairmont chain I would say service was well below par. The hostess was nice and friendly enough but that's where it ended. I took between 10 to 15 minutes for the server to come by to ask what tea we would like to have. It took another 10 minutes for the tea to get there. After the food was delivered the server vanished. Not literally...she just never returned to our table. We ate pretty well everything, drank up all of our tea without the server ever coming by to ask how the food was or if we wanted more tea or hot water for the tea pot. After probably 30 minutes after receiving our food and feeling parched, I had to flag another server over to ask for more water. Looking around it appeared that all of the staff there were not very happy to be there. There was such a lack of energy seen in their body language. The vast majority of them seemed focussed on their work (i.e. clear and set tables, bringing food out, rearranging chairs, etc.). None of them seem to remember or notice the patrons in the dining room. Again, for this class of hotel restaurant, I would expect MUCH better service. The restaurant itself was nice enough. It''s a good place to go with groups of people. It's not quaint or intimate so if you're on a special date or want something more classy I'd check out the other afternoon tea places in town. Overall, for afternoon tea, I'll be going to other great places like Secret Garden, Wedgewood Hotel, and others that do a much better job in so many ways. read more

Food was SOLID. yes, expensive but worth every single penny! We came here for our anniversary, and was blown away by the quality and flavor of the food. The sable fish was done to perfection, not overcooked, not undercooked, not overpowered with flavors. It was so memorable that I'm thinking about it a month after having it (which prompted me to write a well deserved review) We also had the seafood tower for 2 - the seafood was SO FRESH it tasted amazingggg. The little sauces that accompanied it paired so nicely. YUM The service was perfect- didn't bother us too much, but didnt leave us feeling ignored either. We went here for the afternoon tea. The front staff was very friendly but the same cannot be said about the wait staff. The server, Melissa A., came to our table and shortly after saying hello she asked if we had a Groupon. It was interesting to see her attitude change after that. She gave us a piece of paper and a pen to write the voucher number. Really?! We have purchased so many Groupons/Living Socials and we had never done that. The scones and the cream were the best part. The rest was either bland or stale. We were very disappointed with the teas. We got peppermint and the orchid green tea. They were less than average compared to what you get anywhere else. The wait staff was blah and unfriendly. We asked the woman who brought the food to take a photo of us and she looked at us like we were insulting her. Our server (Mellisa A.) never came to check on us. She disappeared after getting our voucher #. We understand that some people with vouchers are cheap and don't tip well. It's a bad idea to treat your table like that because you're afraid you might get a bad tip because you're actually doing it to yourself. We always tip generously when we use a coupon but we were ignored the whole time so we figured why tip so generously when we didn't get any service at all. We didn't even get water. We waited for a while before we could get the bill. She brought it over but disappeared again. The funny thing is that she saw us looking at her but kept going around talking to other tables. We had to grab one of the other servers to pay. We felt the food was very over-priced for the low quality. Considering how horrible the service was, we are never going back there. At a good restaurant everything is good. This experience is unfortunately just the opposite. The halibut was bland and dry. Not what you expect when visiting BC. My mom and I went there for the afternoon tea. Our server was quite friendly and attentive. This added to our overall experience. They have a number of teas to select from and the kinds we tried were good. The sparkling wine was a nice touch. Overall the food was good. The sandwiches were good, but nothing special. I'm not normally a scone fan but their scones were very very good! The desserts were also tasty. Presentation was great- especially the dessert level. The only thing I would change would be to increase the number of sandwiches given. We had a groupon for us both to have tea and wine for $75. I think had we been paying $75 would have been quite pricey given how few sandwiches you get. The experience overall was very nice. read more

I went to Globe @ YVR for tea using a Living Social coupon. Glad we used the coupon, otherwise the $100 for 2 for afternoon tea is not worth the money. The service was really bad even before we got there. I called several times to make a reservation and no one in the restaurant answered so the hotel staff took my booking. Once we arrived, were seated and ordered, no one checked in with us over the 90 minutes we were there once the tea had arrived. I had to flag a server down twice - once for more cream, and once for more sugar. The staff was nice enough, just not attentive. The tea sandwiches were OK - egg salad on a croisant, cucumber/cheddar cheese on white, salmon/cream cheese on rye. Not very imaginative and the bread was a bit stale on one of them (had been made ahead of time and sat unwrapped). The tea was really tasty! As were the scones with Devonshire cream and the desserts. It was a nice afternoon, but definitely not something I'd repeat and especially not at the regular price. read more

The Staff I believe that at a truly first class establishment, the staff are just attentive enough and just friendly enough. They don't try to be hip, they're never too bubbly; nor are they aloof, and certainly not snotty. The Globe@YVR staff strike that perfect balance. The Ambience We found the lighting at night to be warm and inviting, almost cozy despite the high ceilings. We sat at one of the coveted window seats. It struck me as ironic that the view from what some say is Richmond's only fine dining establishment was just a tarmac - not exactly pretty, but exciting if you're on your way out of town (which we weren't, unfortunately!) The Menu I was impressed that half the menu is "Lifestyle Cuisine": an appy, entrée, and dessert for each of the following: Vegan, Macrobiotic, Raw, Diabetic, Gluten-Free, and Heart Healthy. Nice! The Food The basket of yummy fresh baked bread was accompanied by soft butter, which seems to be a rarity of late (my husband's pet peeve is being served impossible-to-spread, cold butter). So we were off to a good start. The beef tenderloin and herb buttered prawns with truffle chive potato puree were so good, my husband asked the server to send his compliments to the Chef. My Raw salad of spinach and greens with bee pollen pomegranate vinaigrette tasted light, but was quite filling. My side order of potato gnocchi was truly amazing. As the tiny plate arrived with a handful of plain, pale, sauce-less pieces, I admit to being underwhelmed. But when I popped the first one in my mouth, I almost had a Meg Ryan-in-the-diner moment. Perfect. Melt in your mouth. I'm still speechless. You often hear that finer restaurants give you artistically presented, smaller portions. Quality vs. quantity. I don't know if that's an accurate generalization; I do know we definitely did not leave hungry. If I could afford it, I would dine here all the time. read more

While spending the night at the Fairmont Vancouver Airport, we dined at the restaurant and, although pricey, the meal was very good. My husband's fillet was perfectly done and the Béarnaise sauce did not congeal into a gooey mess, as often happens. My mushroom-stuffed ravioli was so good it could convince me to become a vegetarian. Our server was courteous and kept things moving. Had a really good dinner here with my family. The large windows overlooking the runway and the mountains in the distance add to the pleasant atmosphere of the restaurant. The scallop appetizer had wonderful flavor. I could tell the chef knew what he/she was doing. The steak was cooked perfectly. My daughter was jazzed that there was actually a steak choice on the kids menu. Everyone enjoyed there meals but dessert was a bit disappointing. The cheesecake was dry and my daughter made the mistake of ordering the banana split off the vegan menu, I warned her but she did not heed my warnings. It wasn't what she was expecting. I would give 3.5 stars. The price is definitely steep and not quite worth it. We had a Groupon for $54 for 2 people including 2 hours of parking (parking would be about $16 for 2 hours). We were greeted immediately and given the 2hour voucher for parking at check in. However, no instructions to use it so we ended up going to the cashier. Our next visit, when I inquired, it is easier to park at P3 and at the pre-pay line up, enter your ticket and then enter your voucher following. Oksana was our server and she gets 5 stars! We had our toddler with us. They provided us with crayons and gave us a cute water cup for him. I found out later that children under 5 eat from the menu for free, but no one told us this during our visit. Although they asked us if he wanted anything, we weren't told this policy. The menu is small, much smaller than Fairmont Downtown. The tea selection downtown carries hubby's fave - 1907 Centennial. But we both tried the Fairmont Breakfast and the Chai Tea and both were very good. The sandwiches are yummy, especially the smoked salmon and samosa. The scones are always fresh and tasty. The desserts unfortunately were not my cup of tea. I find downtown overall has better food and tea selection. AND $54 per person is way overpriced. I believe downtown is now $49 per person. I remember not that many years ago, it was $38 per person, so that is quite the price increase in a short amount of time. My son loves watching the planes so we did go to the Observatory Deck after and just paid the difference in parking. We were given 2 for 1 vouchers to use on our next visit and we will probably be back. read more

Met for a mid-evening family get together before chuffing my 88 year old mom onto a flight back to Sydney. I'd had a FANTASTIC crab bisque there a couple of years back and had been thinking of it ever since. Nice venue. Menu had changed. No bisque :(. Served by a great friendly waitress with a GENEROUS pour with a local red. Nice. Sat a very lonnnnnng table so not particularly intimate for a family meal. Food was ok - not out of the park great as I was expecting but good nevertheless. Would I go back? Sure. Am I longing to go back? No. Nice venue. Pretty good food. Nice waitress. read more

The set up and overall environment is great. Front hostess was very friendly. The server we had was very friendly but not very attentive. We felt rushed to order and I had to flag someone down to get some more coffee. We were there for lunch and ordered their butter chicken. It was so gross. It came out in 7 minutes. At $29 A plate, I expected a bit more fresh but got a frozen meal that seemed heated in the microwave. The chicken tasted so old and was chewy. They should have asked when they saw our plates almost full, if we didn't enjoy the meal. We definitely won't be going there again. read more

I came here with my husband and two children for dinner. It was a great experience - our server was Curtis and he was very warm and checked in on us on a regular basis. The manager, Catherine, was also so very warm and engaging. We really connected with her. The Fairmont experience did not disappoint. The service was excellent and the food delicious. Top it off with a stunning backdrop and you have all the ingredients for an excellent dining experience. We will be back. read more

Came here for High Tea with very low expectations given the negative reviews I have seen. If you paid the regular price for two people of $150 (high tea), $7.50 tax, $16 for 2 hour airport parking, and $15 to $30 tip, then you would be fuming. For the hefty price tag, you get 5 mini sandwiches that looked and tasted like they've been left in the fridge for at least a day or two. You could easily get better tasting sandwiches on any airplane. You also get two small sized scones that were very ordinary. Then on the top rack, you get some deserts that were sample sizes and tasted just like airplane deserts. You also get two teas that were nothing special as well. I am sorry but I would have expected a bit more quality given this was a Fairmont. Overall, I wouldn't come here for the food or non-existent service but I would come here for the atmosphere and view of the airplanes landing. read more

You know all the jokes about airline food? Well it seems they could be extended to airport restaurants as well. We started with a caesar salad, which tasted as if it had been made from a kit you buy at a grocery store. Limp lettuce, soggy croutons and far too much dressing. My husband tried one of the sandwiches, and while it wasn't bad, it certainly wasn't worth the nearly 20$ price tag. I had a pasta dish, which again wasn't bad, but seemed a bit bland. We skipped dessert after such a mediocre meal, and we'll not be making the trek out to the airport to eat here again. read more

I had high expectations for this place but was disappointed as soon as we sat down. We were sat right below the a/c unit and we're told it would be turned off but it never was despite repeated requests. I ordered the butter chicken with naan bread. The curry was bland and the bread was not even close to tasting like naan. The a/c cooled my food before I was even half finished. In my opinion the quality of food and small portion size is not high enough to justify the prices. read more
