Worst experience with a property management company ever. Did not communicate when they were having someone come to replace the roof till day before when I stated I work from home and the disruption would cause issues with my work. The person sent to the rental for general repairs looked and acted like he was on cocaine. Was charged for things at move out for things the cleaners I hired did but because people came into the house after move out I was held accountable although I had phot evidence that things were clean. Over all very unprofessional. Was.told to pay to the end of the month then told they wanted me out before the 30 days I paid for were up. read more

I rented with them for 3 years and had ZERO late payments. Here was my experience: - terrible customer service - "tenant convenience package" is $65 (not optional) and you get an air filter sent to your rental monthly - rent went up $100 monthly every year. - didn't do major (and safety issue) repair and took a long time to fix other issues - was late giving back our deposit - and charged us for "cleaning and yard maintenance" after we paid for these services - did not honor agreements in lease for breaking lease and required payment for entirety of lease to exit, although lease had provisions - they said they "didn't do that anymore," even though they held us to the lease (We paid 7k to get out of the lease 4 months early after multiple safety concerns) read more

Absolutely 0/10 would not recommend doing business with this company. They have incompetent employees who don't care at all. I got approved for a house emailed approval even sent a lease. Then to get an automated text saying they added someone to my lease in error and they wouldn't be moving forward. Now in what professional business does that happen or even make sense. Now I'm out of a house plus my lease was already up in my current. Place it's a shame the lack of professionalism and legal moral sense San Antonio realty system seems to have. read more

We recently moved to Texas and working with Global Realty Group was the single best experience in the interstate move. Everyone has been very polite, and responsive to any questions or concerns we've had. Now that we've been in our rental for nearly six months I can say that the experience has been amazing. Fortunately, the property was so well cared for before our move-in there has been almost nothing requiring help from them. On our first night the smoke alarm was beeping due to dead batteries. Rudy had someone come out first thing the next morning to replace the batteries for us; and did everything to ensure we were comfortable. I'm convinced they would have come that night if asked. :) And for those wondering...we did not have anything here to stand on to reach the smoke alarm. During the six month walk through, James noticed a squeaky door. GRG called the next day to schedule a time for a repair. I'm thrilled to be working with such a great team. I've had a duplex with GRG for almost 3 years and I have had no complaints at all. After a difficult experience finding a home to buy during a military move we ended up renting a property that was managed by Global Realty. We only dealt with Rudy, and his daughter Ashley. BOTH were rude, and know nothing about customer service! The sad part about this, is that we learned this during the application process. This company does not care about your time, they just want your money. When you are a realtor you can understand that everyone is on a timeline for leases ending and homes being closed on. It took this man FOUR days to give us an answer on our applications (this does not include the weekend). His excuse was that he was waiting on another applicant to turn in paper work, when we had already completed the application and submitted all paperwork. Horrible people to do business with. Go rent somewhere else. They obviously don't want your business with how they treat you. The contacts are outrageous. Rudy is a horrible person to work with. He is disrespectful. Don't trust him. Yes, the rent is somewhat cheaper compared to other places. But with them you get what you pay for. You pay cheap rent you get a cheap gross looking home that they don't come out to fix when you put in work orders. Awful company. Awful people. I called Rudy to see if we could work something out regarding the lease signing hours(M-F 10-3 in person only?!). He acted as if he had no time to deal with me and as if my request was outrageous. He rudely cut me off and requested I email him my issue. How do you not have time to deal with me, when you picked up the phone and I've explained the problem? I am a PAYING CUSTOMER. How can you be so unwilling to work something out so a FULL day of work isn't lost just to sign a lease? He then had the audacity to call and be rude to my husband because we weren't going through with renting. The money we lost on the application fee was well worth not having to deal with this company for a year. It's unfortunate for the owners of the house because we are incredible tenants! If the customer service was that terrible before we signed I can only imagine what it's like in contract. FYI we will be moving in to a house in a week and are e-signing the documents-no problem. read more

Rudy and Denise are two of the rudest people to deal with. They take your money and charge you with usuary unwarranted fees. This company DOES NOT get customer service. They are rude and will find any way to squeak money out of their tenants. I left the rental home in as good a shape as I got it and they managed to find every way possible to keep most of the deposit money. Additionally, I paid rent on time every month without fail. They still made no effort to get out and fix items when requested. Instead they made up excuses and avoided calls, texts and emails. Even submitting requests on their website didn't get response or resolution. Please think hard before doing business with them. Let the buyer beware!!!!! read more

I would highly recommend steering clear of Global Realty Group for any real estate needs. I recently purchased a home listed by the brokerage and the entire process was a nightmare. The home I purchased was a rental managed by Global Realty Group and the owner lived out of state, thus all repairs were completed by Global Realty Group contractors. Per the sales contract, repairs were supposed to be completed on the non-functioning HVAC system and the rotten roof. The first time someone came out to fix the HVAC it was found to be in the same condition we originally found it in (clogged coils, not functional). It was fixed after the second time someone was sent out by Global Realty Group to repair it. The roof was repaired by a local company hired by Global Realty Group. Per the contract, the company was supposed to have replaced rotten decking and install new shingles. After a reasonable visual inspection (we saw the new shingles), I signed off on the repairs. After closing on the house I hired a different roofing company to do further repairs. The company I hired told me the recent roof work was not done well. When this company redid the work they discovered rotten decking covered up by new shingles (I have photos as proof). Mr. Andebaker is aware of this but says that because I signed off on the repairs when I saw the new shingles neither Global Realty Group or the roofing company are responsible, even though the sales contract clearly stated that the rotten decking was supposed to be replaced. In addition, Mr. Andebaker failed to respond to any calls, emails or text messages from my Realtor for a solid week prior to closing on the house. In closing, stay far away from Global Realty Group for buying, selling or property management. read more
