He handled everything quickly and efficiently from the start and delivered exactly what he promised. He is very responsive, responsible, and easy to communicate with, which gave us a lot of peace of mind as out-of-town owners. We are extremely happy with the service we've received. We've already recommended him to a friend and would gladly recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable property manager.

We provide on demand pest control, and HVAC air filters for all of our properties, at no cost to you. Rent is collected electronically through a PM software called Appfolio which allows tenants to submit maintenance requests and communicate with us through the software. Owners also have access to the software so they can submit requests, download monthly and annual statements, and communicate with us as well. We try to keep our fees simple and all inclusive, without any of the junk fees that some management companies charge. Our in-house maintenance team can handle most repairs, and at a cost usually significantly less than hiring a third party vendor. But we do have relationships with area vendors if the issue is something our team is not licensed or trained to complete. There are many choices when it comes to choosing a property management company, so we appreciate you considering ours. It's a great compliment when someone trusts us to look after such a valuable asset, and we don't take that responsibility lightly.

Over the years, they've consistently demonstrated professionalism, reliability, and a true understanding of what it takes to manage properties effectively. A special thank you to Kara Brumgard, whose excellent service truly stands out. Kara is responsive, knowledgeable, and always goes the extra mile to make sure everything runs smoothly. Whether it's handling tenant concerns, coordinating maintenance, or simply keeping me informed, she does it all with care and efficiency. It gives me real peace of mind knowing she's managing my properties. From handling tenant communication and maintenance requests to ensuring my properties stay occupied and well cared for, the entire team has always gone above and beyond. What I appreciate most is their proactive approach--they don't just react to issues, they anticipate them and address things before they become problems. Managing multiple homes can be overwhelming, but they've made the entire process seamless and stress-free. Their communication is clear and timely, and I always feel confident that my investments are in good hands. If you're looking for a management company that treats your properties like their own and values long-term relationships, I highly recommend them. Their consistency and dedication truly set them apart.

Thats fine! The experience to me felt that they were just more interested in getting that $60 application fee The home they showed me on the outside look nice but the inside smells like cat they had tried to cover the cats smell with some kind of Hawaiian scent. So it smells like a Hawaiian cat crapped in the house I had a gut feeling about this company. I had Isabel showing it to me and just something didn't seem right with Isabel. Upon further checking around I realize that this is one of those companies that doesn't care about the tenants it doesn't care about the owners. they just there just in it for the money. it's a horrible company to work with I refuse to work with them I will not rent from them.

My refund is being kept due to carpet cleaning that I PAID FOR!!!!!!!! I provided the receipt, I was there the day of service. I have the dates the times I provided everything one would need to satisfy the requirement. However after reading other reviews and the company not taking any accountability I see this is just a scam to keep deposits. I would never have expected this service from a family owned business. Since I can't talk to anyone and clearly the email I am emailing doesn't believe I had this service I have to obtain a lawyer to fight for what's right, all that had to be done was a small phone call to discuss what was clearly an error on their part for charging me for something that is required and something that I provided documentation for, but instead I get to phone call, I am getting "rules are rules" so I will take this further.

I wish I would have known.  We called John and he seemed polite and professional AT FIRST. So we gave him a shot.  He took money for real estate photos and to list our property. We checked on the listing and found he took screenshots of old out dated photos of the house from online and copied and pasted an old listing description for his ad.  After 6 months of our home being on the market and no qualified renters applying I decided to check on the property. The grass was 3' tall and there were homeless people living in the shed. The inside of the house was dirty and the floors had mud from unsupervised tours. Explaining why it had not received interest.    We questioned John about the condition of the property and lack of interest due to the condition and told him we would be looking for a new PM, he lied to us and told us he already found a qualified tenant who already signed a lease. We found out later the tenant was not qualified. He just took an unqualified tenant to fulfill the lease.  We were told the water heater needed to be replaced so we agreed to allow their vendor to replace the water heater. We were billed and sent pictures and after reviewing the pictures and invoice it was found that we were charged for an expansion tank that was not installed. I advised them they needed to install the expansion tank since we were billed for one. John got angry and threatened to charge me another trip charge to do so.  This unqualified tenant he allowed to rent our home was horrible and quit paying rent after a few months. John never gave the tenant notice to vacate. After 17 days without a payment I ended up giving the notice to vacate myself since John refused to do so and just advised us to call a lawyer. He did nothing. Who knows how long he would have allowed them to stay before doing anything.  When John was asked why he had not been fulfilling his duties and keeping our interests a priority he became rude and verbally abusive to my wife and tried to retaliate by threatening to collect backpayment for a 1% discount he gave us   He refused to release our deposit and played games saying he couldn't release the deposit till he was able to view the property after the tenants moved out even though the tenant had already broken the lease and were given a notice to vacate. I played nice and waited till I received my deposit before posting this review knowing he would probably hold it for longer if he saw this Long story short, he is childish and unprofessional and is not looking out for anyone's interests other than his own. Most of his staff is polite and courteous but with his leadership it doesn't mean much.
