It took me 6 months to schedule an annual checkup only to have it cancelled because they can't figure out how to bill my insurance. Even though my plan specifically says "No PCP required" the admin staff there do not know what to do and left it with "contact your insurance". Apparently, billing & claims has turned into rocket science. Again, nothing against the healthcare team, but the admin/support team needs all to be replaced with AI.

Called corporate who was able to locate my order but the only attendant at the location (Joe) claimed he couldn't operate the fax machine and wasn't assigned an email to receive orders. Joe made no attempt to correct the issue because he only wanted to go home. DO NOT BOTHER GOING HERE!

She drew blood from my vein with a very thick needle and left my arm hurting for a week. She was in a hurry and was angry that some people in the lobby came in and did not know they needed to use the Kiosk. My arm got black and blue all the way to my elbow. 7 days later and my arm is still in pain. I will continue to go there only to get good service from Jorge. Unfortunately, he was not there that day. This women should get fired for what she did to my arm. I hope no one goes through this bad experience.

The chain of custody is pointless. Now job is in jeopardy thanks to them. This test took all of five minutes so I could totally see why it was done wrong by them. Very rude staff. Went to another lab and procedure was night snd day. the second place did temperature check of sample then they had to fill out form for every step of the process. Took about 1/2 hour but was more comfortable with the fact that procedures were being followed.
