Run far away. They don't know how to do fingerprints just tell you to go elsewhere but I couldn't since this was a pre employment requirement. Then they messed up the drug test. The chain of custody is pointless. Now job is in jeopardy thanks to them. This test took all of five minutes so I could totally see why it was done wrong by them. Very rude staff. Went to another lab and procedure was night snd day. the second place did temperature check of sample then they had to fill out form for every step of the process. Took about 1/2 hour but was more comfortable with the fact that procedures were being followed. read more

This place is a joke, go to quest or some other lab place. Waited almost an hour when I had an appointment scheduled.

I had to come in for fingerprinting for an employer, and the receptionist on duty was quite rude to me. Very impatient and refused to help me fulfill my employer requirement. Thankfully, one of the other workers was helpful in ensuring that I was helped and fingerprinted accordingly. read more

I was extremely nervous to schedule here for my drug screening collection because of the 3 poorly reviews but then I noticed the recent one was in 2017 so hopefully things have changed by 2020... When I arrived, it seems like it has changed. The collector I had was straight to the point and wasnt rude (Roxanne) and this was my first drug screening. Maybe because all the customers/donors reported the facility/employees? Or probably I went after their lunch break on a quiet tuesday? It wasnt busy at all. So this is just an update for those that are worried based off the previous reviews since I wish there were current reviews (at least 2019) to read so I can feel much comfortable. It was either going to this stoughton facility or the newton one (which is much further for me). -Sidenote: youll be instructed to place your sweater & any belongings into a locked bin. Also cant flush or wash your hands but youll wash your hands after giving them the specimen/before signing anything. Also if you signed up online, you can check-in via your phone when you arrive at the facility so you dont have to touch the machine that everyone else has touched. read more

Horrible service very poor customer service and abrasive staff. They don't seem to care about the customer or their positions there. I was denied service for a routine pre-employment drug screen urinalysis due to the fact that the LabCorp location apparently just changed their hours to a 2:30 p.m. cutoff today, first day that the hours were effective. However, their vendors and customers such as First Advantage we're not apparently notified correctly or we're not publishing the new hours yet within their communications to the drug screen candidates. I arrived at 2:41 p.m. I was told that the hours just changed. When I showed them the hours which I was sent from my new employer company in that it was listed for 3 p.m. they didn't care and told me to go check the front door of their office where the new hours are posted. However when I walked in initially the door was wide open where you could not clearly see the hours posted and also as if to welcome the general public in. If you live in the area and have other options given to you when doing a pre-employment drug screen I would recommend going to a different location due to the very poor service and bad attitude at this location. read more

Stay away from this location! When I got there they were closed for lunch (12-12:30) I got there about 12:30 and still had to wait about ten minutes before they opened back up. This place is GROSS! I have no trust that my lab results are going to be done correctly. They have a sign in bored, but don't use it. They just yelled who is next. They check you in and then you sit and wait again. The papers I brought from my DR office must have confused them because they had to call different people or places I don't know. They are very unprofessional. They have glass windows and a door to have closed so if need to they can discuss patient information with each other, but they had them both open. So I and everyone else could hear the very loud rude front desk lady on the phone. They were talking about other patients that were there earlier in the day. The worse part of the day was it took TWO HOURS! For me to have blood drawn, I don't recommend anyone to go to any Labcorp read more

very unreasonable service, refused to withdraw blood even though doctor sent work orders in addition to that having valid hard copy, waited 1 hour refused to call doctor office so I called doctor office they try to reach out multiple times lab representatives never picked up phone , please find other alternatives read more

When I entered the reception area, a very unpleasant person asked me "what do you want." She saw that I had my kids with me and told me to read the policy on the window about no kids under 18. I understand why the policy is necessary but there is never a need to speak to a person that way. I will be driving out of my way to the location in Newton and NOT returning here under any circumstance. read more

Horrible place, discourteous to everyone. Women there are on a power trip. They are closed between 12 and 12:30 (this is only posted on their door, not on web site), although the workers come back at 12:40 to 12:50 from lunch. So waited a long time. Guy ahead of me had to go pee and knocked on the door @ 12:30, woman opens door and says "what do you want". He told her and she could not understand him, so guy behind him (not related) said "he needs to go to the bathroom). Lab worker starts yelling at the guy, he said I was only telling you what he said, you did not understand him. So guy in waiting room has to go pee begging to use the bathroom, the woman tells him you will have to stand there and wait. 10 minutes later she let him go. So my turn, I need to have blood drawn per my health plan. I tell the woman I am not easy stick. Tell her where to take it from my arm. She decides to take it from my hand (my veins are large there). This is more painful but I say Ok. So she tries to hit the vein twice, wiggling the needle around in my hand. The pain is excruciating. She misses the vein twice and tries to dig it in but cannot get the blood. I look down my hand has huge black bubble from blood underneath my skin and I am in so much pain. I walk out. I was very upset yelling at them they are incompetent. Never has anyone missed in my hand, the veins are so large it is impossible. I couldn't drive, had to hold my hand for two hours with pressure to get the bleeding to stop. No one cares there. The women there are on some kind of power trip. Stay away. Disgusting. read more

This a most horrendous place, they can draw anyone's (even if he is a one year old baby) blood and throw it in trash at their own will by tricking and trapping the customers with their aggressive talk.. AVOID by all means, especially if you are not Caucasian, (that's what a feel), they will treat you like scum and are rudest by all means, I paid the price with my 1 year old baby, these inefficient so called lab technicians couldn't even draw a required amount of blood needed to make a test and kept on pricking , twisting and turning inside the little one's vein hurting him to his extreme for atleast 7 to 8 mins and took 3/4 vials of blood, no wonder the little baby was in a trauma, and after all this they say that it seems that the qty is not good enough and you might have to come back again to give more blood. They took another attempt with our permission, and this time also they repeated the same process in both good and bad hands, and couldn't even draw a single drop of blood. When we asked why you are putting him in pain when you are not capable of drawing, we never saw such an experience in any other place in US. When they heard this instead of any apology ; rather they were showing their temper on us and asked if we are unhappy with their service? we said yes and wouldn't like to come back, and then and there they threw off all the 3-4 vials of blood in biohazard trash, behind our backs without even asking our permission and thrust the doctor's order in our hands. We were so shocked at the incident and asked how could they do such an inhuman thing, after torturing the baby for so long , and that too by 3 middle aged women. How could they even do such a inhuman thing ? Are they even literate or qualified for the job? Back in our country we would never ever hear such a thing with adults leave alone a baby. When we got into an argument they told us to get out of their property or we will call the cops, instead we called the cops on them and they sympathized with us and said that this being a civil matter we should take it up with the higher authorities of labcorp and report them on the social media so that other parents don't make a mistake like this and get harassed like us. We called the supervisor and he didn't even pick up our phone or respond to our voicemails, we got extremely frustrated and it was proof enough that they RACIST bunch of people who were talking so nicely with the other Caucasian people there. I don't understand the previous negative reviews that I read, as I had a great experience....understanding and helpful staff, and they catered to my fear of needles by getting me a couch-style chair to lay in for my blood draw. Very nice people who treated me very well, and were also helpful explaining my lab paperwork to me. read more
