Mr. Mara came into the office from the back and also gave his input. They treated my family heirlooms with the same love and care as if they belonged to them. I was in no way hesitant to leave my belongings with them. They were in terrible condition. Tarnished and stained. They quoted very fair prices. I would have paid more. My husband picked them up. They said they tried reaching out to me multiple times, if they did, they never left a message. I also tried calling MULTIPLE times and they would never answer. To be fair, the staff and mechanics are very nice and respectful I told them what mini said the problem probably was, and they said it was absolutely not the problem. They tried to ask me to pay over $5,000 extra to continue to "diagnose the problem" and at that point I said no. This doesn't seem right. Took the car to my aunts trustworthy mini guy, and guess what. The problem was exactly what they said it was. Just the key fob. They also checked everything that MSpec said I should get replaced, and they did it for the smallest fee. I walked out paying $500. Go to Meadowbrook Collision in Freeport for your mini. They are amazing. Mspec unfortunately lost my business, and I feel robbed. Never again.
