we bought a washer and dryer 2 months ago from here. Customer service was always good, very nice…read more We had an issue with the washer and a tech went out and fixed it quickly. Recently the dryer stopped working, we called the store since it was still under the warranty. The woman who runs the store was helpful and offerent to give us a new dryer. Delivery was set up and on day of delivery, the guys told us they're not bringing in, that they weren't told to do that. That information wasn't shared with us prior to delivery, we took the door off so the guys can easily bring it in. The guys that delivered said they have to call the store to ask about it but instead drove off without saying anything. I called the store to speak to the woman and express my frustration. She told us that guys had somewhere else to go and wasn't going to pay for them to bring it inside and install. I didn't ask to install but to bring inside since we werent able to and if they didn't want to install, we could do it. Unfortunately she kept saying no they won't do it, she's not their boss, and can't tell them what to do. It was left outside on a rainy day. I explained my issue with that and i don't think it's good customer service especially since we were sold a dryer that only lasted two months. She then proceeded to get defensive and blamed us for breaking the dryer. That was even more frustrating and I told her that I won't be using her store any further and won't be able to give a good review and she then hung up the phone on me. It's a shame because up until today, they were great. The store was nice, had a good selection of items which even used, looked pretty new. I also need to replace our fridge, stove, microwave but will need to look for another store

None of these things were done. The master bedroom/bathrooms lighting was not working so they informed me they couldn't properly clean them. Which was completely fine because it wasn't there fault. I expressed this all to the company and they returned $100 of my $453 charge. She scheduled the next available date and sent two of their cleaners instead of one. They arrived on time and worked diligently until the job was done. They also threw in two bathroom cleanings at no extra costs as well as an extra 30 mins needed to complete the job. Sometimes things start off on a bad note but how it ends is most important. Thank you for your professionalism. Totally disappointed at the customer service. I was referred to this place by my daughter who was moving into a new house and read some of their positive reviews. I am selling my house and was looking for a deep cleaning of our kitchen cabinets inside and out before the open house. I booked a 3 hour cleaning for the the 8-10 a lot which i thought if they start at 10 they'd be done by 2pm and the house would be in good shape. At 5:47 pm the night before the scheduled cleaning, I received a text message from Jody indicating she was trying to reschedule the cleaning for 12pm which would mean she would be done by 3pm. Our open house was from 2-4pm. I explained my concern. She then called me and advised she would reach out to a couple that cleans for them to see if they were available. At 8:58pm she texted me back to say they were not available. I then offered for her to come and do 1 1/2 hours at half the price. Her response was minimum 3 hours which I understood but the problem was not my fault. So I cancelled. Had I cancelled at 5pm the night before the appointment, I would've been charged $50.00 cancellation fee yet they couldn't accommodate my request for 1 1/2 hours since I had no time to find another place before the open house. I'm hoping they do a darn good job for my daughters house as it was not cheap. Customers beware

I provided them a dress shirt, brand new out of the pristine packaging from Nordstrom. No stains. I just needed the creases out. I went to pick it up, and unfortunately still full of creases. No problem, it happens. I ask them to redo it as it can't be worn like that. I go to pick it up again, and now it's covered in stains. These stains were not there when I handed it to them, or when they gave it back to me the first time. No idea where they came from, but I noticed it right away - dark brown and throughout the entirety of the shirt. I pointed it out, and they took it back while I waited. They reluctantly fixed it. Regardless, I'm not sure why I gave them a clean shirt to be pressed and then it came back with stains. The woman then told me to find another dry cleaner if I wasn't happy and that it wasn't going to be perfect (unprompted as I was leaving). Im not expecting perfect, but I do expect to be handed a shirt without stains, especially when it was given to them without. I found this to be hurtful and rude. As a loyal customer, I would have continued coming back and assumed it as a one off. The fact they were so dismissive and not taking ownership was incredibly disappointing.
