    ~ So on the night before last, I had to make a trip to the store, only to find out that I was…read moreliterally overdrawn in my bank account by $169.47!! I am truly absolutely infuriated. Allstate had it listed on my app that my 6 months of Auto and 1 year of Renters Insurance was -NOT- due until 03/08/2021 for Auto Bill Pay...Last night they withdrew the funds. Had I of known that they were going to do this, I would have definitely made sure that the funds were available as I'm constantly moving money around from various accounts. When I contacted them this morning and provided them screenshots to show proof, they simply apologized, informed me that my insurance -WAS- currently due, and that they were uncertain why the app listed the date to be otherwise. I've had perfect insurance with them for close to 5 years without any issues with my annual 6 month payments (Full Coverage). They -ABSOLUTELY REFUSED- to cover any of the overdraft fees whatsoever, saying that while it was their fault, that they were choosing to not incur any liabilities! Are you freaking serious?!?! They then tried to pin the blame on me, stating that they tried calling me back in January and so forth. Yes, they did call and leave a voicemail back in January, and having upon listened to it, I immediately checked my Allstate App to see what my due date was so that I could be on top of everything as I was working 3rd shift and it was difficult for me to return their phone call during office hours. On the voicemail message that Allstate left, they NEVER gave me a due date, but rather said that my "Policy was coming up for reschedule" and to give them a call if I had further questions or needed to make any changes. I immediately canceled my insurance, and switched my plans over to GEICO. I'm now paying $75 cheaper for the same plans with the same premiums, and in December will even go down $200 less almost if I continue with my almost perfect driving record (one minor accident in 20 years)! You can definitely guarantee, that I will be doing every review possible from Google, Yelp, BBB, Etc., on Allstate about this absolute BS ; I understand that mistakes occur, but when you are truly responsible-- FULLY OWN IT AND CORRECT IT!! **At least my bank (3Rivers FCU) told me that they themselves will completely remove all fees as soon as Allstate has reimbursed the funds that were removed. If you click on the pictures, you will be able to see them in full view with actual dates and so forth*** FYI-- Erick Juarez was my agent, and honestly showed that he could care less, found the situation laughable, which during this Covid crisis, you would think that he would be more concerned about his customer base.

    Our service with this company has never been perfect but we are totally fed up with how My…read morehusband's car accident was handled. He was rear-ended in an accident this last march and all-state under-valued our car leaving us with a 1,600 debt owed. Our most recent letter from the claims department says they only collect money from the at fault carrier, but then tells me to Contact the at fault carrier and finally recommends we file a small claims suits. They are all over the the board pushing the responsibility back at us. WHAT AM I PAYING YOU TO DO...OBVIOUSLY NOTHING....think we will file small claims against our agent and all-state for not doing their job.

    Garbage! I am so disappointed and upset with Matt at this company right now that it's not even…read morefunny. We switched all of our policies over to All State recently. Matt Hullinger was super helpful when we were shopping around and looking to switch from State Farm. We decided to switch all of our policies--two houses, rental insurance policy, 4 vehicles. A lot of coverage. He was suppose to take care of canceling the policy we currently had, transfer it over, etc. Nope. Didn't even follow up with our old policy holder. Someone from this office called us and that is how we found that out--that the old coverage had not been cancelled as they said it would. So that was the first...let down. State Farm cancellation was post dated from when it was suppose to be cancelled and switched to All State--so hats off to State Farm for that. No biggie. Unprofessional. But I'll survive. Now, nearly 3 months after we switched we are told we need a railing on our stoop at one of our rental properties. Ask Matt if this is necessary as we 1) didn't know about any concern about this initially, 2) it is a rental quite a distance away and thus is not feasible and 3) the money we would have in putting up a railing would negate any savings from the policy switch for at least a year, maybe two as it is a concrete stoop. Why would we do that! Matt never follows up. We get busy, we don't follow up as we got busy and forgot. We follow up with him again, and he said he's going to check into it. Never hear back from him. We forget again too. And then a couple weeks later we get a notice of cancellation policy! No handrail up before October and the policy will be cancelled. Now he decides to get back with us when we get back with him. Says it has to be done. I'm furious! We should've known about this, or at least the possibility that it might need done, beforehand. We know nothing about this, switch policies and then this comes up?! Wow. Shopping around again for a new Insurer as we speak. Wanted to warn others though about the seeming unprofessionalism and incompetence at this All State. Maybe others are better...I don't know. I know I won't be using them again.
