The quality of service was superb. Any questions I had throughout the process were quickly answered to satisfaction. I came into the process knowing very little and felt like I had a team there along the way that was genuinely there to help me. Before, during, and after the process they have offered help if needed and even reached out on their own to ensure my home buying experience is still going smoothly. I very much appreciate all the help and knowledge from everyone at Ruoff. read more

I had such a positive experience with initially buying my home and then again refinancing it a few years later. From start to finish I was kept in the loop and every step of the process was explained in details I could easily understand. Buying/refinancing initially seemed impossible but once I met with my lender he worked hard with me to run numbers and suggestions on how to achieve my dream. I recommend them to anyone looking to buy or refinance. read more
