They go beyond the norm to provide everything you need to file your taxes. I made an error in providing information and they were extremely understanding, patient, relieved my stress significantly, and then willingly corrected the taxes after they had already been completed. Without hesitation, I highly recommend them as the top tax firm that I have ever worked with. Thank you to the entire staff for making taxes stress free.

We were very impressed. We are not a business or anything major. Just two normal people who let their taxes go. He was so helpful and friendly. He calmed us down. He gave us an idea of what to expect and set us on a course of action. Most of all he recognized how stressed out we were and made a point of meeting us after hours for our peace of mind....knowing that it wouldn't make a difference if we came in that night or a day or two later. I am very thankful to have found him. So don't hesitate to contact this business for your issues or payroll...you will be treated well and like you are the most important client they have.

I have used this company for two years and both years they have made mistakes on my taxes. This year alone there were three mistakes I caught myself and had to bring to their attention. (Misspelled name, incorrect federal return amount, and they failed to file my state return.) I will not be returning. Everyone in the office was nice, but nice does not make up for the lack of attention to detail when it comes to taxes.
