I have used this company for two years and both years they have made mistakes on my taxes. This year alone there were three mistakes I caught myself and had to bring to their attention. (Misspelled name, incorrect federal return amount, and they failed to file my state return.) I will not be returning. Everyone in the office was nice, but nice does not make up for the lack of attention to detail when it comes to taxes.
