Overall, we are very happy with the quality of the work and the customer service provided by Amir. The carpet and waterproof vinyl installations both went smoothly. The crew worked efficiently and finished the jobs in a couple of days. The hardwood flooring project took a frustrating turn, but Amir ultimately resolved it to our satisfaction. The crew installed the hardwood in summer 2023 and shortly afterwards much of it shrunk and developed creaking. After a lot of back and forth with Amir and the manufacturer, Renaissance replaced the problem areas. My wife and I appreciated Amir's professionalism and integrity. Our townhouse's flooring is now so beautiful thanks to Renaissance!

I requested a quote from EDC and within in an hour received a call from Debroa. I told her my idea for custom cabinets for additional storage that included desk and craft space in the living room. I also needed a functional bedroom closet. But after Debroa came to take measurements and drew the design for the living room right there in front of me with nothing but a pencil and eraser...I knew I was in good hands! I didn't even bother telling her my idea for the bedroom closet. I just let her do her thing and she anticipated my EVERY need. She even thought of things I didn't know I needed space for!
