Terrible experience. Everyone wants a deal or pay wholesale and not retail. The cabinets appear to be extremely cheap. The plywood peels so easily. The cabinets arrive at your home missing in sections in the underneath part of the cabinet. They will say to you that you won't see it but it's there if you just look. They arrive with the white what-they-call skin (ask them what skin is), not attached. You're contractor has these huge boards they have to cut down to size and hope it looks alright. Why don't they just install it at their ware house? I have not had a good experience with Daisy. The Island is not finished with no finished white sides. I watched a couple of contractors come in to the story and say piece 'X' was supposed to be delivered, and Daisy would say.. "we talked about this.." that's her go-to dialogue.. I repurchased at my own expense two cabinets because they wouldn't admit that their driver scraped the bottoms of them on the truck. He's their employee and it's their truck. Why not put protective boxes on the floor of the truck? They gave me a new replace door front that was wrapped but I unwrapped it while standing in front of her and it had scrapes. So I refused to take it and asked for another one. read more

My husband and I visited this showroom today and it was clear they weren't interested in us as customers. We had to ask someone to assist us. We were looking for wall and floor tile for a bathroom renovation and the first thing we were told was everything we asked about was a special order with no refunds or returns. Okay. Then we were told that Home Depot would probably work better because they have a larger selection. We were floored (pardon the pun). I've never been to a retail establishment that actively encouraged potential customers to go to a competitor. Like the other reviews, there were 5 or 6 employees but none offered to help the 5 customers.which included my husband and me. I have never felt so unwelcome. We will never go back or recommend them to anyone. P.S. There was a sign outside the entrance stating they did full kitchen and bath renovations and that they were licensed and bonded. Yet when we mentioned we were doing a complete bathroom renovation, the sales person made no effort to find out any additional information. Unbelievable. read more

We visited this showroom over two weeks ago to draw up a plan for a kitchen remodel. They were busy with other customers, which we understood, so after talking to Elaine about different options we browsed the showroom for different styles that we liked while she helped other people. We had looked over the entire showroom for quite some time and all of the sales people were still busy so we left copies of our current kitchen layout and measurements with Elaine and she said that she would draw up some plans and call us to come back in that weekend and go over them. Even though she never called, we revisited the showroom today to try and get a plan worked out. All of the employees were sitting right inside the front door eating lunch when we walked in. One man got up to greet us and ask what we needed. When we told him what we were doing, he turned to Elaine and asked if she wanted to help us and she responded that she did not (this conversation was in Chinese, which they clearly did not think we could understand). He told us to look around and see what we liked and she would be right with us. We were clear that we had already been there and knew what we wanted. After waiting about 5 minutes, we saw that no one was willing to get up from their lunch to help us so we left. On our first visit, we overheard an irate customer complaining about something that had gone wrong with his order. At the time, we chalked it up to an honest mistake but after our second visit it seems that customer service is not a priority here. read more

I should have read the reviews before choosing this place for my business. They offer online design with your measurements but it's not worth the headache for the lack of customer service. Constant back and forth after sending in the measurements of our appliances and walls. Their return/exchange policy for their design mishap is not accommodating. The only side that is finished and painted are the doors and front, everything else is bare wood... Prices are lower, you get what you pay for. Wouldn't recommend this place. read more

If I could give a minus star I will. This company has the worst service. We have been dealing with them since January 2018. The sales rep Daysi Han has been irresponsible and provided the worst services. I asked for manager or owner and can't get to one. I am now in the process to proceed to take this to the legal system. I have paid for maple cabinets and they have been the worst quality, damaged cabinets, doors, pantry. Please stay away from this company. The best part about this place is the prices for quartz per sqft was $43 compared to lowes at $71. Customer service is mediocre. Installation ppl have a very basic set of skills and don't speak English as a first language so explains what you want done during installation is a bit challenging. Overall this is a "you get what you pay for" kind of place! read more

Be wary of the serviceman "Alex" who comes by before installation to measure your walls and whatnot. Incredibly rude and entirely unprofessional, which saddens me because the men who did the actual installing were kind. Alex asks a lot of questions that are of personal nature not regarding the work to be done, and was very snarky each time I had to speak with him over the phone. To top it all off my neighbor said he pulled her aside and asked about whether my husband (who is in fact deployed) lives with my infant and I?! Made me very uncomfortable. read more

I spent over $5000 at Global on kitchen cabinets, tile, and a granite counter top. About a day or so after the counter top was installed, I noticed it has some short, deep scratches in several places. It was sort of hard to see at first because of the granite pattern. I went by Global once and called them twice about doing a repair on the top. I got the run around and they never tried to make it right. Won't ever shop there again! read more

Elaine also worked closely with our contractor to ensure a seamless process and as a result, our kitchen was completed in record time. I've used this place for sometime...I've used their cabinets in new construction and flips. I shop cabinets and granite all the time and hands down they have the best cabinet for the money. They have a whole line of cabinets in different colors and styles that are hardwood, dovetail drawers and slow close doors and drawers, for the same price of the cheap particle board ones that others sell. They've always been on time and professional. I would recommend this place to anyone needing cabinets or granite, and looking for a great price...and no, I don't work there, this is a legit review. read more
