He recommended the quarts counter and presented us with this beautiful grey and white countertop. We fell in love with it. After the consultation, a week later they took measurements for the counter and took photos to ensure that they weren't missing anything. After the measurements were taken, Josh mentioned that our older sink was not centered to the cabinets and that's a detail I would have never noticed. He showed us a new sink that would better fit our counter but wasn't pushy which I really appreciated. Once we choose the sink and finalized the counter top color, they came to install it. I got TR Granite from yelp and communicated with them. A representative came out the same day and was very knowledgeable as to what needed to be done to fix my sink. He was honest and up front when he could have tried to sell me a sink. I appreciated that very much. A few hours later a gentleman came and replaced parts in my sink and it's as good as new. And at a cost less than a plumber would have charged. A very small job that was given the same courtesy as a big job. Rare qualities these days. Would highly recommend.

They called me the Monday after thanksgiving to ask for authorization to run my card but because of the holiday I was busy catching up on work items. Although we are working from home because of COVID, there's still actual deliverables I must submit. I called them back after I finished a full day of meetings and to my surprise they took it upon themselves to save my card information and run my credit card without my authorization. I call that thievery! I am so upset. I called to ask why the lady on the phone said "anyway our business is done". Imagine someone taking your card information and using it without your authorization. I tried to explain to her I hoped on using my debit card so I wouldn't be charged interest but the damage had already been done. I will never use this company again! Terrible experience…read more Everyone wants a deal or pay wholesale and not retail. The cabinets appear to be extremely cheap. The plywood peels so easily. The cabinets arrive at your home missing in sections in the underneath part of the cabinet. They will say to you that you won't see it but it's there if you just look. They arrive with the white what-they-call skin (ask them what skin is), not attached. You're contractor has these huge boards they have to cut down to size and hope it looks alright. Why don't they just install it at their ware house? I have not had a good experience with Daisy. The Island is not finished with no finished white sides. I watched a couple of contractors come in to the story and say piece 'X' was supposed to be delivered, and Daisy would say.. "we talked about this.." that's her go-to dialogue.. I repurchased at my own expense two cabinets because they wouldn't admit that their driver scraped the bottoms of them on the truck. He's their employee and it's their truck. Why not put protective boxes on the floor of the truck? They gave me a new replace door front that was wrapped but I unwrapped it while standing in front of her and it had scrapes. So I refused to take it and asked for another one.
