I cannot begin to tell you how amazing this experience has been from start to finish. I found them through a "Handyman" Service that lines up the job you need done with several local providers. Boy, did I hit pay dirt! From the start, Anthony and his team were prompt and professional in their communications. I asked a lot of questions before committing, and every message was answered promptly and when I needed more details, they were provided without hesitation. This morning, the installer, Melvin, and his father worked quickly, neatly, and I couldn't be happier with the end result. Outstanding job. and I'm already in talks with them to do our next room. read more

Best flooring company ever . Anthony was the best. I was on a tight time schedule and he was able schedule the installation for 2 days after calling him . After the installation started, I did not like the color of the LVP I picked. Anthony and the installer (Luis) were understanding and restarted the project with a different color . Top notch customer service. Luis did an amazing job installing my flooring. I highly recommend this flooring company . read more

Response from this business was immediate. Quote was best one of the 3 I had scheduled on that day and work was done quickly, finishing the same day for my small refinishing job on my kitchens old hard wood floors. They arrived early and started working for 10 straight hours. Will have them out again for more future projects. Very professional read more

Very pleased with Andonian's carpet warehouse. Provided many wonderful choices of carpet for stairs, with a wide variety of prices and the installation was done quickly and very nicely! The crew was excellent. They went above and beyond, installing a piece of trim we had on hand at the base of the steps for a very finished look. They were also willing to install the carpet however we decided on site-waterfall or a tighter fit. read more

This family-owned business is all about value, quality, professionalism, and customer service. I worked directly with Anthony Andonian, who I believe is the son of the owner. He was super responsive and gave me the best deal possible for new carpet for about 2,000 sq-ft in our new home in MD. Anthony even drove to our previous home in VA with carpet samples. Who does that?! Although I wish they had more variety (I even visited their warehouse and showroom), we couldn't be happier with their timeliness and installation process. Even though there was a minor issue with a joint between the carpeted steps in the basement, Anthony was responsive and took care of it in a time that was convenient for both of us. For all future carpeting and flooring needs, we will definitely consider them again at the top of the list! read more

A bit expensive! I was able to find the same carpet for much less. I can say the arrived timely but the price just blew me away.

Amazing job and below competitor pricing. Anthony handled all email exchanges and was very pleasant and professional to work with. Andre came out and did measurements and did not try to up sell me. I was kept up to date on arrival of a specifically hardwood I was looking for to match existing hardwood throughout the house. I was surprised when only one installer showed up to remove carpeting and install hardwood. The installer did a phenomenal job without any help. I was happily surprised. He even cleaned up afterwards. I used Empire for a previous property and it was a nightmare. I would definitely recommend Andonian Carpeting and Flooring. I am calling on them for future projects. read more

Every company, no matter what the industry, should deliver their services as promised when given ample time; that's a given. It's when you ask a company for their service in an emergency, with no time to prepare, that separates the good from the awesome. Just last week, July 21st to be exact, in the middle of a home renovation and with an appraiser coming out to inspect our property in 3 days, we needed help getting our floating floor system installed ASAP. I came to Anthony and his team by way of a neighbor who knows them well. At 8am on a Wednesday morning, I spoke with Anthony over the phone, gave him the dimensions of our rooms and I kid you not, the very next day around 9am, two of his employees were in my home installing over 250 square feet of flooring within just a few hours. The price I paid was incredibly fair (perhaps more fair for me than them), and the quality of the work was second to none. Anthony's team knew exactly what to do and they did it beautifully. I seriously could not be more thankful for the service and quality that they delivered and Anthony and Andonian's Carpet Warehouse now has an official file in my cabinet and of course on my computer :-). Awesome company, awesome service...look nowhere else!!! read more

I first had Andonian's install some new flooring in my kitchen and 3 bathrooms in prep for the upcoming sale of my home. They did a great job, and the floors were beautiful. So I then hired them to put new carpeting in my entire house. They removed the old carpet, put down padding, and the new carpet, all in one and a half days. Beautiful job, very professional. I dealt with David, who was always friendly, polite, and professional. Alfonso did the work on my kitchen and bath floors, and I requested him for the carpeting and he did that too. Couldn't be happier with the results, and looking forward to getting a good price on my home because of the new flooring and carpeting, among other things! read more

I've dealt with Andonian's multiples times on a few different properties with materials from backsplash tiles to carpet. They do excellent work, they are timely, and responsive. The owners are available 24/7 any question I had they were sure to get back to me ASAP. Their craftsmanship is great. The crew was very respectful, polite clean and informative. All my flooring needs were taken care of. If you decide to go with any flooring company I couldn't recommend them enough. A+!!! read more

Stay away form this company. They missed finer details regarding my project. Also sold me cheaper wood flooring compared to what was already existing in the rest of the house. They have caused enough stress in every possible way. read more

The crew worked hard to install the 1500 sq. ft. of carpet we ordered from Lowes. I had ordered the premium memory foam water resistant padding from stainmaster, that needs the seams taped. The crew did not tape the seams (which is printed directly on the padding so as to retain the water resistance) even though I asked about it, and was not truthful until I asked if they'd like me to pull up the carpet to look. Unfortunately, Lowe's says if I do not have it fixed (and accept a cash amount), I void the warranties on carpet and padding. More disruption in my home to let them pull up the new carpet and tape the seams.... Not a happy customer, 5000 dollars later... read more

Where do I start, we shopped around from a couple companies and ended up going with Andonian's. They weren't the lowest price but we felt the most comfortable with their experience and knowledge in their trade . Thank god we went with them, our floor in our condo looks great and we get compliments from everyone that comes over. The installer who took care of the work itself was a top notch professional and very respectful. read more

Do not ever hire these people!!!!!! Paid full price for horrible job that I could have paid someone from the street. Worst service i've ever experienced. Hardwood floor install was done incorrectly, did not finish things up. Visible flaws to novices. Horrible service!!!!!!!! read more

I'm a touch customer so getting five stars from me is saying something. Joined yelp just so I could praise these guys. I had them restain existing floor and add new floor to match. They did a great job- no one can tell where the old floor ended and the new one begins . But more importantly, the two brother owners were super responsive- they always communicated with me, answered my calls and texts, and were very patient and professional. There were some details that i wanted them to fix and they came and did it promptly and even had the whole floor professionally cleaned at the end just to make it perfectly new. Would definitely use them again. read more

This company installed my backsplash. The first person that came did a horrible job. Didn't use spacers and even installed cracked tile. The tile was layed horribly. They graciously sent a second person to fix it and they were amazing. Extremely professional and really took his time. When the first person came to install the backsplash, he broke my garage sensors while working in the garage. I informed the company of the issue and they asked if I could pay for the repairs and they would reimburse me, which they never did. What I received was the runaround. I called and asked if they received the repair bill I sent and they said yes, the check is in the mail. Then I called to let them know that I still haven't received payment and they said they would have to check their billing department and would get back to me. They never got back to me. The owner stopped answering my calls and my emails. They never reimbursed me for the damage that was done to my garage and lied about the fact that they were going to pay for it. In hindsight, I should not have agreed to pay for the repairs in advance and let them reimburse me for it. I should have said I would prefer for them to send someone to do the repairs. Based on their integrity and the poor work that was originally done, I would definitely not use this company again. read more

Horrible install. Carpet was not laid correctly, had to fight to get them to reinstall. Second guys that came to reinstall told me that whoever installed it the first time did it completely wrong. First crew damaged my walls in multiple places, they have yet come to fix yet. Second crew turned off my refrigerator and ruined everything inside read more

As an interior designer, I have used Andonian's Carpet Warehouse for my client's flooring and carpet installations with excellent results. For the past 15 years since I moved my business to Annapolis area, David Andonian and his courteous and professional staff have fabricated complicated custom-shaped and bound area rugs, installed to perfection waffle-patterned wall-to-wall carpeting with no seams visible, and hardwood and laminate flooring, etc. If at any time there was an issue or a problem, David personally handled and corrected it immediately, either by sending out those who originally installed the product or by coming out to the site himself. My clients are my number-one priority, and Andonian's white-glove installations make me look good and them happy. read more

Steer clear of this place... their workmanship is terrible and their responsiveness is non existent. They were the installers for the work that I purchased through Lowes in Columbia.
