When I arrived, I was warmly greeted by Chase. I explained that my mother was waiting in the car and that I just needed the go-ahead before bringing her inside for the notary. Instead of simply helping us at the counter, Victor went above and beyond by coming out to my mother's car to make the entire process easier for her. I am beyond grateful for the kindness, compassion, and exceptional customer service that Victor, Chase, and the Wells Fargo team showed my mother and me. It's rare to experience this level of genuine care, and it meant more to us than I can express. Thank you for being such amazing people and for treating my mom with so much dignity and respect. You truly made a difference in our day.

I am beyond grateful and very impressed by Chase's expertise, his professionalism, his care and friendliness, genuine character, ability to listen, and most of all, Chase has an amazing ability to handle very complex situations, come up with a strategy to simplify the complexity, problem solve, and with full confidence and get very clear, straightforward results that I needed!! My dad passed away in May and he left me with an extremely complex estate situation with many bank accounts at Wells Fargo that I had to access and then simplify (business checking accounts, savings accounts, personal checking accounts... basically almost any type of account you can have at Wells Fargo, my father had multiple of!) From my first meeting with Chase where I walked in to Wells Fargo feeling overwhelmed, I knew I had stuck gold by finding the right person (Chase) who could help me sort out this complex estate situation with many accounts, and where I no longer felt overwhelmed at all. One by one (account by account), over many meetings with Chase at Wells Fargo, he helped me sort out this complex estate situation, and helped turn it into a simple very easy to navigate situation that I now have a full handle on, thanks to Chase!! Wells Fargo, you have a total super star (Chase!) working at your Kirkland Central Way branch!! And any customer who needs to deal with any estate issues or any banking issues/needs, no matter the complexity, please go to this branch and ask for Chase Endreson! I guarantee you will get exceptional results!! Also, as a bonus, Chase is a notary public, so he was able to notarize legal documents needed for this complex estate, which saved me time!! Thank you, Chase! I will only go to this Wells Fargo branch from here on out. Also, to add... every single person who works in this branch has been so nice and friendly!!! I've spent so many hours at this Wells Fargo bank, that when I walk in to meet with Chase, I'm always greeted with friendly smiles from everyone!!

CHASE BANK @ KIRKLAND…read more Opened a new credit card account today and this bank was extremely helpful and welcoming. I'd recommend booking an appointment in person or through the phone so that you can get 1 to 1 service in an office. Shoutout to Joe, he was extremely helpful, gave great advice to build credit score, and walked me through each of the steps! He can definitely do so much work within a short amount of time - really great efforts. Overall, this bank and the staff are helpful. There is parking available right out front. I normally have positive experiences in Capital One Cafes (I love love love the Seattle location!)…read morebut this one left a very poor impression. The location is decent - right in the heart of Bellevue near Bellevue Square / Lincoln Square, so it makes sense this cafe is also busy. Also, I went here Monday for the free coffee for the MLB Mondays so I expected a bit of a wait. But I did not expect a 1 hour wait at 7pm when they close at 9pm, and there were maybe 15 people ahead of me (unsurprisingly, in this economy, people go to great lengths, myself included, for freebies even though coffee this late at night is going to absolutely destroy my sleep) But the issue is less of the crowds. Seattle location had much more people in line, yet the baristas are pumping out drink after drink about one minute a drink. The analogy I can give is a well-oiled machine. Even in the early afternoons in Seattle, 35 people in front of me, less than 30 minutes wait. The staff here need a bit more training, to be honest. It is similarly 1-2 people working and 1 person taking the order, but somehow this location is 3x less efficient? Seating wise, this place is frankly a bit too small. I get Seattle one is large due to larger foot traffic, but Bellevue isn't a small town either. There is a second floor but like half as much seating, so even at 7pm, it was quite hard to find a clean table. I got the iced blueberry ube latte with an extra espresso shot. The drink itself was decent, but I did not taste any ube or blueberry (it was much more fragrant in the matcha one) so maybe the coffee drowned out the flavors quite significantly or they were skimping on ingredients in this location. I ended up just saving almost the entire drink for the next morning, however. I gave an extra star for the general generosity of Capital One and free coffee, but I certainly would not pay what was $10.50 for this drink at all if the quality is the same as that on a normal day.
