One comes and takes the deposit and takes exactly 9 minutes before coming back with the receipt. For most of the 9 minutes, the bank manager was leaning on the tellers counter and chatting with the other tellers. He could not care less that we were waiting for 9 minutes for a simple deposit. Maybe he was on a break, either way totally irritating. I'm a platinum level customer with this bank and I am beginning to think that means they can take up all my time and give me terrible service. I didn't find a working Banner ATM until I got to Redmond. That one was actually really nice. But by then I had been driving around for 2 hours, and wasted a ton of gas.
