The service writer was apologetic but also, don't say you will if you won't! Was told all of it would be covered for the airbag recall. Come to find out that the new sensors, in addition to another service I added, brought my total to over $200 with $55 in labor for filter changes. There is a possibility that a demographic may not be aware, but filter changes take virtually zero time at all. I understand that the technician needs to be paid (between my parents and myself, we have over 40 years combined dealership experience in the Midwest), but I did walk away feeling baited. I always try to get dealer work done, but I'm not naive. I will be calling in the next week to discuss my complaints with the service manager, especially considering they called me to arrange the appointment.
