For starters, the 2 of them spent the entire first hour in my kitchen, which is incredibly small. As a result, it felt like they rushed through the rest of my apartment. When they left I looked, and at a glance it looks like they did great work. However it soon became apparent that they didn't move the furniture when cleaning the floors, dusted around things, and really just kind of half-assed it. It was nice to have someone else do the cleaning, but I thought I was getting a my place professionally cleaned. I'm not thrilled to have paid for a job that I could have easily done myself.

When I say this thing is light, I literally mean that a baby could lift it. It doesn't go all the way down to the floor. This is on top of the several other areas I noticed that they had not cleaned. It is so sad that these people are out there giving green businesses a bad name. No chemicals at all would have been needed to just lift that light, little cover.

When I called for an estimate, Jerry came out to take a look at my property the same day and he took a very good look at the house and the deck. He paid attention to every detail I discussed with him and I'm very glad I chose to hire him for this project. He used eco friendly cleaning solution to wash my property and none of my landscape plants suffered after the power was was completed. The website is clear and accessible. It was very easy to schedule with them -- I got a call back first thing Monday morning to the message I left, and was able to set up a 1st time deep cleaning about 2 weeks out. All the documentation came through via email, with a clear guide of what we should do ahead of time to have a good experience. Rachel showed up right on time, cheery at 8 am and happy to meet my pup at the door. She got right to work, checked in when she had a question a couple times, and after 4 hours the house was looking clean and shiny and smelling great! I'm definitely planning to schedule regular cleanings -- I can't let things go back to how they were!

They did all of the normal things, sure, and the bathrooms and carpets and such are all spic and span. But they dusted everything, and I mean EVERYTHING. They got every single dog hair out of our sofa, they washed windows, cleaned every glass door to crystal clarity, washed walls and every baseboard and every bit of trim. They did the insides of our kitchen appliances, asked what we needed and took care and time to do the job right. And the best part? I've just finished a long work day and one thing I'm not doing right now is cleaning my kitchen. I'm able to relax, take a deep breath (it smells amazing in here, btw), and just be. That's worth the cost (which was absolutely reasonable!) all on its own.

The cleaning was really thorough. Honestly, my house which is midway through a renovation, was never so clean. They were here for several hours making sure everything was just right and they offered a walk-through at the end to review their work. They also left a thank you card and thank you gifts that included, hand soap, sanitizer, face masks, tissues and air freshener (see the photo). The only down side for me was the price point for a small home and knowing others had estimated less (only had two bedrooms of the three cleaned so I could keep my dog in one of the rooms-my decision). Regardless, I'd hire them back in a minute due to their professionalism, extremely thorough work and great personalities.
