Totally unreliable!!! We never left any negative reviews, but decided we had to share our experience. We scheduled a move in cleaning a week in advance. I called the night before to confirm and was told they could not make the scheduled time. I decided to give them a second chance so we scheduled a second appointment for the following week. We confirmed ahead of time to make sure they are coming, to which they said yes don't worry. Well, we called again and texted after they did not show up. They are a no show again and don't have even have the courtesy to call or simply respond. This totally messed up our schedule with the movers and other vendors- a terrible experience from beginning to end! read more

I tried to hire a house cleaner in the Liberty Lake, WA area. The lady was a no show. A week later I started receiving text messages advising me that my house cleaner would arrive at the end of this month, in fact I got 18 texts one day. I have tried to contact them by texting and now by phone twice. The first time I listened to elevator music for 15 minutes, the last time for 10 minutes. Angi if you are listening, " I won't be here when your cleaning lady is suppose to arrive"!!! read more

Fantastic cleaning service!! I've used them twice now and have been happy with the outcome both times. I've had a man and woman come clean my one bedroom apartment - the man typically does the heavy lifting such as vacuuming, moving furniture out of the way, making / changing the bedding, while the woman is more thorough and gets into the small corners of the kitchen and bathroom. They are a great team and really communicate so well to ensure a great result. I have previously tried various online cleaning services and find that the prices are outrageous, the cleaning is not thorough and it's takes hours! With Alexa's cleaners, prices were extremely reasonable, every corner of my apartment was cleaned to perfection (they even asked me to double check everything before they left to make sure I was satisfied), and it took 1.5 hours at most. There was also no additional up-charge for cleaning the inside of my refrigerator or microwave, changing my bedding or dusting the outside of my kitchen cabinets, while the online services unfortunately do. In any case, I am very happy with this company and will continue to contact them for all my cleaning needs and encourage anyone in the Philly area to do the same. read more

This company is the worst cleaning company ever. They have a high rate of no show no call . They break things in your home and do not tell you . I would not recommend this company to clean my dog cage . read more

I cannot say enough about Zuri and Olga!!! So so clean and so so nice. Very reasonably priced, I have no reason to use anyone else. Most cleaners in the past don't do under the cushions or behind furniture unless you specify to do it, Zuri, Olga and the rest of the Alexa family always do it without a reminder. I use them for my house, my business and so do all of my clients (I'm a personal assistant). Highly recommend!! read more

DO NOT HIRE THESE PEOPLE. I wish I could give 0 stars. They are thieves. They came to drop off supplies at my house and stole 12 pairs of nice shoes worth a total of almost $2,000. Thankfully I told them not to come back so they weren't able to steal anything else. When I talked to the boss he took no responsibility and refused to look into it. Hire anyone else unless you want to be literally robbed. read more

Awesome cleaning service, I couldn't be happier!!We had a crew of three, including the owner, who managed a very thorough deep cleaning of our townhouse in just about three hours. This is the first service I've used after getting a few quotes from other online services. Alexa was by far the most reasonably priced and easiest to schedule. They included the inside of the fridge, the stove, everything, no silly premium up-charges at all. Our floors and now dust-free baseboards and stairs look brand new and our stove is spotless! They brought all of their supplies (and no smelly bleach cleaning products!) and took all of the trash away with them. Will absolutely be having the crew back once a month, I'm so grateful to have finally found a cleaning service that cares about the job they do. Don't think twice, bring these guys over to get your home super clean!! Thank you Zuri and crew!! read more

They did a really great and thorough job! I'll be getting this monthly. It was about 2.5 hours for a 1 bedroom and only $200. Really good value for the price. read more

I'm so happy with this service! My house is spotless! They were so thorough and really did a terrific job. I'm very hard to please when it comes to cleaning and they exceeded my expectations. read more

Unprofessional! Sometimes they respond to appointment requests, sometimes you must badger them to get a time. Then when they do set a time, they are either late or don't show up! No notice. No communication. No apology. If you have all day to wait for a cleaning service to show up, this would be a good match for you. read more

Alexa Cleaning Service is beyond what you can expect! Very professional. Efficient. Thorough. Things sparkled when they were done. read more

Awesome job! My house looks amazing and smells so good. Will use them again in the future !

I had two people clean our place after moving in. They were very polite, dressed professionally and heard my requests. I needed service mainly to my floors (is what I told them). After attempting to clean them myself, I kept noticing my efforts weren't enough. Countless swiffer wipes kept turning up with dirt. I thought by having them do a "deep clean", that they might do something different. But, I'm sad to say my swiffer mop still came up with dirt when they left. One person vacuumed, the other mopped. But I suppose the mopping hadn't been repetitive in its rinsing. And that's not what I was looking for. I have to say that aside from my floors, they do know how to make your place look very nice. read more

I used this service to have my apartment cleaned after I moved out. They did a great job. I lived there for years and when I left it looked better than when I moved in. My apartment company charges for cleaning that they have to do after tenants move out - and I did not lose anything on my deposit when it came to cleaning - for me, the cost of the service was more than worth it - they did a better job than I could have and saved me hours of work. They did it all including the inside of the fridge and oven. It was very easy to book the service - I sent a message through yelp asking for an estimate, then called the owner and that was it - having never used a cleaning service before I was actually worried that it was TOO easy. But, yes, it was true - they showed up on the day I requested, on time, and did a great job. read more

One of the best cleaning services that I have used in Philly! The owner had excellent communication and provided flexibility to work with my schedule. Two cleaners showed up promptly. They were so meticulous and worked diligently. They were incredibly efficient and my condo was spotless when the left. Certainly will be using them again! read more

I hired them based on positive yelp reviews and because they listed "post-construction cleanup" as one of their services, which is what I needed. Two young kids came with a dinky vacuum cleaner and they did *improve* the level of dust in the house, but not enough that I didn't need to hire someone else today to do everything all over again before I could move my stuff into the house. I had clearly explained that there was a large amount of dust and construction debris. Maybe it's because Zuri himself wasn't there. Waste of $150. read more

They just cleaned my apartment and did a fantastic job! They brought three cleaners and were a super efficient team. They text you, which is really convenient. floors are sparkling , trash taken out, shower sparkling, reorganized our messy closet, made the bed- what more could you want? read more

I contacted this service about cleaning our new home before move in. They said they specialized in cleaning new construction, so I thought, this is perfect! They were prompt with answering all messages to coordinate our schedules. On the day of the cleaning, the manager told me what would be done and that they expected it would take a few hours. Oddly they notified me they were finished in under an hour, so I went back to check the work. Things that were supposed to be cleaned (windows, molding, etc) had not been touched. I reached out to the manager immediately stating that this was not what was expected at all. Within a half hour he came to the house and inspected it with me and agreed that the cleaning was not done properly. The staff came in and re-did the cleaning under the supervision of the manager. He even polished the floors and powerwashed our cement for free as an apology. After the second inspection, we confirmed that everything was spotless. I don't know of any other place with such prompt and superior customer service. The manager was very professional and understanding. I wish they had cleaned the house properly the first time so I could give them five stars. I think the staff was in a rush to get all of their jobs done on time that day. I plan to use their service again in the future, and if they do a good job the first time, I will upgrade this to five stars. Their service is good - just be sure you, the manager, and the staff are on the same page for the expectations of the service beforehand. read more

I found Alexa on Yelp and would like to report they did not disappoint! Alexa Cleaning did a WONDERFUL job doing a deep clean before our new tenants moved in. A very polite man and woman team arrived with all of their own equipment and supplies in uniform and worked efficiently. Our house has not been this clean in a long time. They checked with me as they worked to make sure I was pleased with the results. I even left early to go to an appointment and they stayed an extra hour with no issues. I'd highly recommend this company and will be using them on a regular basis. Thank you! read more

Always on time and friendly. Clean with smiles. Efficient and thorough. Trustworthy and conscientious. I have no problem leaving these amazing people in my home when I'm not there. I have been using Them for many many years and never have they broken or taken anything in my home. They will do mostly anything I ask them to do (make beds, take out trash etc) Flexible schedules. They do windows inside and out. Power washing services available. They are family owned and operated which I like. Prices are reasonable and competitive. read more

My Property Management company were helping me recover from a burst pipe and all the cleaning that comes with that. Additionally dust and mold make me very ill so I wasn't up to the cleaning. The Property Management Group Called Alexa Cleaning and a young man and woman were sent out and met with me at 8am the next day. I quickly explained the situation and apologized profusely because I've never had to have someone else clean for me before! The team was fast, friendly and very thorough! Living in a tiny (200 sq ft apt) means that we get creative with storage! I forgot that I had several unfinished paintings drying in my microwave. These were carefully removed, the microwave was cleaned and the paintings put back! Everything was lifted, cleaned under and over and cleaned well! I've been mortified by my bathroom for years but now, hey it looks good! I thought it would take them a very long time to clean everything but I'd say it took about an hour- they even cleaned the kitty litter boxes! I came to the internet to look for the way to contact them to get a monthly rate and I decided to leave a Yelp Review too! read more

I hired Alexa cleaning service for a move-out clean, and I couldn't be happier. I called less than two days in advance and had no problem getting an appointment at a time convenient for me. They were very responsive and easy to communicate with. They arrived on time, were friendly, and did an extremely thorough job. Payment was easy and the price was very reasonable. I had a question afterward, and they responded just as promptly and helpfully as they had before. I will definitely use them down the line. read more

Yuri and his crew did an amazing job. They were on time, brought all the necessary supplies and left my apartment looking far better than I expected. Every little thing (e.g. inside the microwave, behind books on the bookshelf, little scratches on the wall behind a chair) was perfect. It is really hard to find a reliable provider, but this is one I can recommend with confidence. I will be using them for all my cleaning needs in the future. read more

Did not do a great job. 3 women came- each one an hour apart - and they did a very shoddy job.

Have been using them for monthly cleaning service for my apartment and it has been wonderful! Very responsive / easy to schedule appointments!! My apartment is so clean when they are done. Would highly recommend read more

We hired Alexa's Group with short notice, but they were eager to fit a home cleaning in as soon as possible. I am THRILLED with my experience. They were polite, efficient, fast, and best of all- their cleaning supplies didn't leave behind any chemical odors. Too often have I come back to harsh or gross smells from cleaning products, which you don't want lingering in your house. I was impressed when they asked if I had any special requests because we badly needed our fridge cleaned out and baseboards cleaned. The price was extremely reasonable and my boyfriend and I are so happy with the results. We plan on using them again, and recommending them to many of our friends who are moving or just like us, messy. read more
