I tried to hire a house cleaner in the Liberty Lake, WA area. The lady was a no show. A week later I started receiving text messages advising me that my house cleaner would arrive at the end of this month, in fact I got 18 texts one day. I have tried to contact them by texting and now by phone twice. The first time I listened to elevator music for 15 minutes, the last time for 10 minutes. Totally unreliable!!! We never left any negative reviews, but decided we had to share our experience. We scheduled a move in cleaning a week in advance. I called the night before to confirm and was told they could not make the scheduled time. I decided to give them a second chance so we scheduled a second appointment for the following week. We confirmed ahead of time to make sure they are coming, to which they said yes don't worry. Well, we called again and texted after they did not show up. They are a no show again and don't have even have the courtesy to call or simply respond. Fantastic cleaning service!! I've used them twice now and have been happy with the outcome both times. I've had a man and woman come clean my one bedroom apartment - the man typically does the heavy lifting such as vacuuming, moving furniture out of the way, making / changing the bedding, while the woman is more thorough and gets into the small corners of the kitchen and bathroom. They are a great team and really communicate so well to ensure a great result. I have previously tried various online cleaning services and find that the prices are outrageous, the cleaning is not thorough and it's takes hours! With Alexa's cleaners, prices were extremely reasonable, every corner of my apartment was cleaned to perfection (they even asked me to double check everything before they left to make sure I was satisfied), and it took 1.5 hours at most. There was also no additional up-charge for cleaning the inside of my refrigerator or microwave, changing my bedding or dusting the outside of my kitchen cabinets, while the online services unfortunately do. In any case, I am very happy with this company and will continue to contact them for all my cleaning needs and encourage anyone in the Philly area to do the same. read more

Awesome cleaning service, I couldn't be happier!!We had a crew of three, including the owner, who managed a very thorough deep cleaning of our townhouse in just about three hours. This is the first service I've used after getting a few quotes from other online services. Alexa was by far the most reasonably priced and easiest to schedule. They included the inside of the fridge, the stove, everything, no silly premium up-charges at all. Our floors and now dust-free baseboards and stairs look brand new and our stove is spotless! They brought all of their supplies (and no smelly bleach cleaning products!) and took all of the trash away with them. Will absolutely be having the crew back once a month, I'm so grateful to have finally found a cleaning service that cares about the job they do. I had two people clean our place after moving in. They were very polite, dressed professionally and heard my requests. I needed service mainly to my floors (is what I told them). After attempting to clean them myself, I kept noticing my efforts weren't enough. Countless swiffer wipes kept turning up with dirt. I thought by having them do a "deep clean", that they might do something different. But, I'm sad to say my swiffer mop still came up with dirt when they left. One person vacuumed, the other mopped. But I suppose the mopping hadn't been repetitive in its rinsing. And that's not what I was looking for. I have to say that aside from my floors, they do know how to make your place look very nice. read more

I used this service to have my apartment cleaned after I moved out. They did a great job. I lived there for years and when I left it looked better than when I moved in. My apartment company charges for cleaning that they have to do after tenants move out - and I did not lose anything on my deposit when it came to cleaning - for me, the cost of the service was more than worth it - they did a better job than I could have and saved me hours of work. I hired them based on positive yelp reviews and because they listed "post-construction cleanup" as one of their services, which is what I needed. Two young kids came with a dinky vacuum cleaner and they did *improve* the level of dust in the house, but not enough that I didn't need to hire someone else today to do everything all over again before I could move my stuff into the house. I contacted this service about cleaning our new home before move in. They said they specialized in cleaning new construction, so I thought, this is perfect! They were prompt with answering all messages to coordinate our schedules. On the day of the cleaning, the manager told me what would be done and that they expected it would take a few hours. Oddly they notified me they were finished in under an hour, so I went back to check the work. Things that were supposed to be cleaned (windows, molding, etc) had not been touched. I reached out to the manager immediately stating that this was not what was expected at all. Within a half hour he came to the house and inspected it with me and agreed that the cleaning was not done properly. The staff came in and re-did the cleaning under the supervision of the manager. He even polished the floors and powerwashed our cement for free as an apology. After the second inspection, we confirmed that everything was spotless. I don't know of any other place with such prompt and superior customer service. The manager was very professional and understanding. I wish they had cleaned the house properly the first time so I could give them five stars. I think the staff was in a rush to get all of their jobs done on time that day. I plan to use their service again in the future, and if they do a good job the first time, I will upgrade this to five stars. Their service is good - just be sure you, the manager, and the staff are on the same page for the expectations of the service beforehand. read more
