(Not that I enjoy stopping at Walmart because of how crowded it is. But I digress) The beds are always clean, they're are always extra towels if I need them, and the staff is always really kind and accommodating. The bulbs are always frequently changed and never dull. They stay on top of cleaning and getting customers checked in, even when they're super busy I've never waited more than 10 minutes. Like most tanning salons, I feel like I'm always having a new tanning lotion or product pushed on me to purchase but I'm sure that's a corporate deal. Even still, they have great trade in deals when you're out of a Lotion and have an empty bottle to trade in. The staff has been great at recommending new products when I need them and letting me know how long they're good for / how long before they expire. I've always loved the products the staff recommends and haven't had an issue -- I love the lotion I recently purchased -- it smells great and protects my skin from burning or drying out or getting that weird post tanning smell! I also love the in-bed teeth whitening products I purchased and that I use. I love that there's constantly discounts for students and tanning deals for members and non members. I pay an annual rate for unlimited all level tanning with spray tans included. Love that STC is across tennessee so I can tan if I'm working with my trainer in Jackson, stopping in Nashville to see friends, or working with a group in Johnson city, there's somewhere I can tan without purchasing a separate membership or paying a switching fee. I wish they'd open one in Memphis so I can tan when I'm home!

Thank God she never called!!! The girl who applied the tan did an amazing job however the tan lasted 2 days !!!! Are u kidding me???? I stopped by the shop to speak with the owner. She wasn't there. The girl who did my spray tan offered to re do for free I said no thanks. I asked for the owner to call me. She did not. I strongly do not recommend this place. Way overpriced and the can I bought at Target did amazing and is still going!!

As far as spray tanning goes, healthy glow is a GEM. I love…read moretheir products and my tan was really natural looking and lasted, I couldn't be more thrilled! The rooms are much more professional than other salons I've been to that offer spray tanning services and I was so pleasantly surprised. I love that they use the stick on shoes so you don't get that nasty bottom of the foot tan from left over residue - all products are professional, clean, and I was really satisfied with all the amenities. Prices are fair for services and products and they offer student discounts They use infinity sun sunless tanning products and it smells SO good! My tan didn't come off in chunks like usual -- great surprise. Stayed on for about a week, maybe longer before it even began to fade before it even began to come off! When it did, the tan Came off easily and Didn't dry out my skin The tone of the spray was great with my skin tone and I was really happy with the results - it looked really natural. Everyone has highly recommended Sophia and now I totally understand why- this is my new go to for sunless tanning in Chattanooga!

I have been few places that treat their customers so poorly. Second, they do NOT know how to clean beds. If you do choose to lay here, be prepared to bring your own cleaning supplies as there is often dried sweat and lotion in every bed. The beds are cracked, dirty, and old. Finally, if you can stand all of this, there are often dogs running freely in the "business" Their "specials" sound like a good deal, but don't believe them. Ive never seen anything like this! I was told by two of the workers at Super Tan it is NORMAL.. no it's not! All studies and researches indicate the color should be bronze in color. On a customer service level, I would recommed that the girls up front other than Holly and Heather be trained on "PROFESSIONALISM". Speaking to a client with professionalism and knowledge is very important when wanting to earn ones' business. Interruping ones' conversations and speaking out of term is very impolite. Needless to say, Because of the unprofessional knowledge and "old" spray in the tanning booth I will choose to take my business elsewhere. For those of you looking to do a spray tan in a booth, be sure they change the solution and run the spray through at least 2x before you get in the booth!
