I unfortunately did not read the reviews about this place before going and everyone here that said…read morethey felt scammed I totally understand you !!! I wanted to get one time tan , I though I would end up relaxing in a spa and would be "easy", I had to get a membership because I first got there and without any welcoming and " here it's our services" I received a tablet and a request to put all my info. After that I was manipulated into believing that , the membership wouldn't be too bad, after that I signed a contract , wasted 2 hours listening to crap about these products and why I would have to buy them! I was expecting to spend like maximum $100 to get tan( I really wanted to get tan that day) ! I ended up leaving with products that I wasn't sure about just because I was told I would need them, and spending $323 dollars !!!! After realizing how bad was my experience that literally lasted minutes .... Not even close in comparison with the time I wasted listening to the whole sell scam.I was convinced that it was a huge mistake putting my initials in that contract ! I tried to contact the owner and just literally give the products that were closed back , cancel my membership and just get my money back or at least more than half since I just literally went once, she did not accepted, I actually felt threatened because while as a consumer I was literally trying to return after hours buying and she said " I have the camera footage "and "basically you are lying this didn't happen" was when I understood that this is actually a scam and I end up with this lost and very frustrated!

I went Sunday for the darkest spray tan. I had called two days before and asked for a call back to…read morediscuss with the owner if she would offer a plan package because $55 for one visit seemed a bit much for something that's supposed to last a week to ten days. Thank God she never called!!! The girl who applied the tan did an amazing job however the tan lasted 2 days !!!! Are u kidding me???? I stopped by the shop to speak with the owner. She wasn't there. The girl who did my spray tan offered to re do for free I said no thanks. I asked for the owner to call me. She did not. I strongly do not recommend this place. Way overpriced and the can I bought at Target did amazing and is still going!!

As far as spray tanning goes, healthy glow is a GEM. I love…read moretheir products and my tan was really natural looking and lasted, I couldn't be more thrilled! The rooms are much more professional than other salons I've been to that offer spray tanning services and I was so pleasantly surprised. I love that they use the stick on shoes so you don't get that nasty bottom of the foot tan from left over residue - all products are professional, clean, and I was really satisfied with all the amenities. Prices are fair for services and products and they offer student discounts They use infinity sun sunless tanning products and it smells SO good! My tan didn't come off in chunks like usual -- great surprise. Stayed on for about a week, maybe longer before it even began to fade before it even began to come off! When it did, the tan Came off easily and Didn't dry out my skin The tone of the spray was great with my skin tone and I was really happy with the results - it looked really natural. Everyone has highly recommended Sophia and now I totally understand why- this is my new go to for sunless tanning in Chattanooga!

These people have no idea how to run a business. First, they are far too concerned with talking to…read moreeach other or carrying on their personal phone calls to be concerned with you, a paying customer. I have been few places that treat their customers so poorly. Second, they do NOT know how to clean beds. If you do choose to lay here, be prepared to bring your own cleaning supplies as there is often dried sweat and lotion in every bed. The beds are cracked, dirty, and old. Finally, if you can stand all of this, there are often dogs running freely in the "business" Their "specials" sound like a good deal, but don't believe them. You will not get full use of your visits.

Sunless Solution needs to be checked and ran through hoses frequently. I went in for spray tan for…read morea formal event and the solution came out DARK GREEN to BLACK in color! Ive never seen anything like this! I was told by two of the workers at Super Tan it is NORMAL.. no it's not! All studies and researches indicate the color should be bronze in color. On a customer service level, I would recommed that the girls up front other than Holly and Heather be trained on "PROFESSIONALISM". Speaking to a client with professionalism and knowledge is very important when wanting to earn ones' business. Interruping ones' conversations and speaking out of term is very impolite. Needless to say, Because of the unprofessional knowledge and "old" spray in the tanning booth I will choose to take my business elsewhere. For those of you looking to do a spray tan in a booth, be sure they change the solution and run the spray through at least 2x before you get in the booth!

I loved the waxing job they did, the coupons, the cleanliness, etc. And I was thrilled I had found my go-to place for waxing. Today was my second visit. I called at 9:45am and asked for their earliest opening. The lady told me 10:30am. I was there at 10:25am. And I sat there until 10:55am, at which point I politely asked what was happening. The front desk lady told me it was because the client before me was taking so long... At 11am, after 35 minutes of waiting, this client was finished - and it was the client that was walked in at 10:35am. So, either they let her go before me, but most likely were just running way behind. My eyebrow wax took less than 5 minutes and despite 35+ minutes of waiting and the conversation I had with the front desk lady - she still had the nerve to ask how my services were (fully aware I was upset) and CHARGED ME FULL CHARGE. A couple tips: * Learn how to schedule so you don't waste people's time. I could have easily come in at 11, but you said 10:30 was open. * When you screw up and a client is unhappy for appropriate reasons, make it up to them.

I was really disappointed with my experience here. The entire place felt very clinical rather than…read morerelaxing, and there was a lot of noise outside the treatment room during my massage, which made it hard to unwind. The massage itself was underwhelming, and I had several other small issues with the overall experience that added up. I also added the exfoliating foot treatment. Instead of leaving with smooth feet, the skin on the bottoms and sides of my feet started peeling heavily the next day and continued for days. I eventually had to use a pumice stone myself to remove a large amount of loosened dead skin. My feet are fine now, but that was not the outcome I expected from a professional treatment that is supposed to soften and soothe. Overall, this was one of the least relaxing massage experiences I've had. Between the noise, the atmosphere, the quality of the massage, and the foot treatment, I would not return.

Unfortunately, that facility closed without notify their customers (don't waste your time with Mountain Escape Spa). We were able to secure a last minute appointment for four people at Ama Spa. I had never heard of Ama Spa, but we are all so thankful we discovered this spa. They were aware of the terrible start to the day we had experienced and went out of their way to make the day as special as they could. The facility is clean, luxurious and inviting. You are initially greeted by professional employees and then escorted to a lounge where you can enjoy water, tea or champagne. The staff will present you with forms to fill out where you can add on services. You are then shown a room where you can pick a locker, get robes, slippers and place your valuables. I selected the AMA signature facial and added a collagen face masque and a hydrating hand treatment. My aesthetician was Daniela and she was excellent. I found her to be professional and thoughtful. If you are in the Chattanooga area or are in need of some spa time, I highly recommend Ama Spa!
