Honestly this is one of the best gyms I've been to. It may be intimidating to go to a gym but the vibe here is not like that at all as there are a very wide range of ages and levels. I really appreciate the diversity of equipment they use and it is definitely possible to get a solid workout in and I have madd some serious progress here and seen people achieve their goals, too. You can always sign up online if you feel more comfortable. It does get crowded at times but every gym does. My favorite part is the convience as it is not in too urban of a location and in the heart of Ooltewah where there's less traffic and its right next to a park where you can walk. 10/10! read more

I've been a member of this Workout Anytime Fitness club for five years, and I never imagined my membership would end like this. I decided to cancel because another gym nearby has more equipment, a larger facility, and is more affordable. Instead of wishing me well or asking for feedback, one of the managers asked me if I was gay. It was such a bizarre and inappropriate question that I initially thought she was joking. She wasn't. She then became angry that I was switching gyms, telling me I was putting the local owners out of business by leaving. I remained respectful and even told her I would consider coming back someday. Her response was, "Well if you come back you will be paying all of the fucking startup fees and everything that comes with it." I've never had a manager at any business question my sexuality during a cancellation, let alone follow it up with profanity and hostility. Whether the comment was intended as an insult, a joke, or something else entirely, it was completely unprofessional and had absolutely no place in what should have been a routine conversation. After five years of being a loyal member, I expected to be treated with basic respect. Instead, I left feeling uncomfortable and shocked by the behavior I experienced. I don't normally leave negative reviews, but I hope ownership addresses this with their staff. Customers should be able to cancel a membership without being questioned about their sexuality or spoken to with profanity. read more

The place looks nice but they get one star for their cancellation policy. Yes, I should have read it better but now I'm using my experience to help the next person. In this age of electronic simplicity and their ability to sign me up in 3 minutes online to take my money each month they claim it takes "30 day to process" my cancellation. And yes, that means they will charge you for the month after you cancel. Makes no sense other than what I would call a sneaky business practice to stick it to anyone who wants to quit. Then they had the audacity I say "hope you give us another try in the future." Honestly would have considered it but they got their extra month of money so that completely turns me off from wanting to ever give them any more. Staff is friendly and the place is new with good equipment so if you're looking for a workout place and don't mind giving your money to a company that operates this way, more power to you. read more

Finally they changed one TV channel. Yahoo. The gym is kept clean by staff. I saw two different people using machines today who never cleaned them when they were done and they were covered in sweat. Gross! read more

Even if you ask for a month to month make sure you back check them and they don't sign you up for an annual. I'm not really surprised considering what they pay their people, but it's not worth the headache to deal with this gym. 3-8pm most weekdays it's too crowded to get a decent workout in, they've got one flat bench, one incline bench, and two squat racks so if you're looking for a place to stay on a consistent lifting program this isn't it, if you don't also have your own equipment at home. You'll easily spend 2-3hrs here trying to get in a 1hr workout. Apparently they don't really need the business as crowded as it is but it's not for me. read more

Fantastic local gym! The owner and staff are very friendly, and they are diligent about keeping the facility clean. They have a great variety of equipment for all levels of fitness. You can't beat the price either! People on here complaining about being charged because they couldn't be bothered to cancel their membership is just silly. Netflix still charges you if you're not watching it, same goes for a gym if you never go to it, lol. Great company, great staff, great equipment, you can't go wrong joining this gym! read more

This is a fantastic gym. Not only does it have every piece of workout equipment you could ever need, but they also have a wide assortment of resistance bands, ankle bands, battle ropes and even TRX suspension straps to add variety to your training sessions. The gym is by far the cleanest I've ever been to and every employee is friendly and helpful. Whether you are seasoned, or just getting started, you will not find a better gym. read more

Love this facility. They have a good selection of equipment and everyone is cognizant of others. Yes, because of its popularity there are times when its the place that everyone wants to be. So yes, there are times that you have to wait. It has happened to me and I managed to survive. read more
