Well I ended up canceling a year later because the one I was going to was too far away. However, when I went to the store in person to cancel, I made sure to ask if I came back would be at that price. The owner Paul was there, and he said since I fulfilled my contract, "I'd be able to come back at the $36/month with no contract. Fast forward to July, and I got really excited when they opened a gym near my house! I went there to talk to them and not only did they tell me that they couldn't do $36/month with out a contract, I'd have to sign another year contract for $49/month. Sure it's not that much of a difference, but it's bad business practice. Also, I follow 9 round on instagram and your clients have bad kickboxing form. I don't want to go to a gym that doesn't teach me form, because there is a large possibility that you will hurt yourself. Sure it's a quick 30 minute workout but it's not enough, I'd have to go 6 times to get the recommended exercise amount. They have odd hours and the time I'd be able to go, they are closed for lunch for nearly three hours.
