We had five women, each with…read moredifferent hair textures, colors, styles, and visions -- and somehow, they brought everyone's dream look to life flawlessly. Their talent is undeniable, but what truly set them apart was their calm, kind, and graceful presence during such a hectic morning. From the moment they arrived, we felt completely at ease. They were professional, pleasant, and truly listened to what each of us wanted. You can tell they genuinely care about making you feel beautiful and confident, and they did exactly that. All of my friends are still talking about how stunning they felt -- and looked -- even days after the wedding. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. Thank you, Cinthia and Vanessa, for making us feel our absolute best and for making my wedding hair and makeup dreams come true!

Terrible communication. They said they didn't have time for me today after I clearly stated what I…read moreneeded and had an appointment. They wasted my time, PTO, and money (paid for 4hrs of parking) just to turn around and leave. This issue falls on the booking coordinator to properly understand and clarify a customer's needs before scheduling an appointment. During the booking process, I clearly stated that I wanted color services to help blend and conceal my gray hair, along with highlights and lowlights. I also explained that I had reference photos because I wasn't certain of the correct terminology. Having grown up around the salon industry, I understand that it is the booking coordinator's responsibility to ask clarifying questions rather than make assumptions about the services being requested. Instead of taking accountability for the miscommunication, the response I received was dismissive and unprofessional. The lack of customer service, accountability, and willingness to acknowledge the mistake has left me with little confidence in this business. As a result, I will not be returning or recommending this salon.

I went from natural hair to relaxed hair, so I trusted the stylist to handle the transition properly, but the condition of my hair afterward has been extremely disappointing. Then, for my daughter's 12th birthday, I decided to treat her to a silk press. Unfortunately, it was neither "silk" nor a proper press. The results were not what I expected or what I feel I paid for. Between the two of us, I spent around $300, and honestly, I would not recommend either service based on my experience. I'm extremely disappointed, especially because I trusted this salon with both my hair and my daughter's birthday experience.

I went ahead and booked my apartment online and showed up on a Friday afternoon at 3 PM. When I first entered the salon I got pretty excited. It had a stylish yet cozy feel. A little counter and sitting area greeted me - I noticed a good amount of seating and of course quite a few little things for sale - shampoos, conditioners, hair products, candles, brushes, etc. It was tastefully done. I popped a squat in the sitting area after checking in and waited for my stylist. It didnt take much time for her to finish with her current client and get to me. I cant remember her name but I do remember thinking our time together was a little awkward. We made small talk once or twice during the hair wash, trim, and blow dry session. It was nice to not have to talk-talk-talk, but we just didnt seem to click until she began straightening my hair. Awkward conversation aside, I can say that she 100% pulled through. She took off the split ends without chopping too much length off of my hair, she then took her time to blow dry and straighten my hair, and then put some glorious product in it that made it look and feel FANTASTIC! I am currently on day 3 of my straight hair and I can testify that it is still straight without me having to take MY straightener to fix it in the mornings. I would definitely recommend this place and plan on coming back. So glad to have a cute, affordable salon just 10 minutes down the road.

I really appreciate that but Victoria is only available during a work day and I have a wedding to attend soon.
