August 31, 2021 Drove in from Galveston to see Diana; she's AWESOME! Love her. Now, real talk...this salon is filthy. See photos. They would definitely get health department demerits if inspected. I hope a month from now I do not get nail/toe funk. (fingers crossed) Diana, was very gentle and when I said I wanted refill...it didn't include the soaking of old acrylic...only file off. I was confused because this is new to me. Since I wanted a light color (see photo) after one hand was done you could still see the old acrylic ...she explained that that would be a "remove" so, she had to redo that hand. I had no idea of this method because I've always gotten soak and file off. Anyways, I modified the design to just 2 nails with design. Came out cute...however, you can still see new tip on one little finger. Jeff did pedicure. He was sweet but left dry skin on little toe. See photo. But, I can't accept the filth...I've been getting my nails done for 30 years and I'm disappointed because this salon offers soo many current nail trends ...that I would happily drive the 15 miles from Galveston to continue to come here. I know a nail salon will be dusty and have debris on floor BUT, c'mon... clean in between each customer...sweep the floor, wipe pedi chairs off after each person. No excuse. Go at your own risk. Ladies save your money if you want your nails to last the normal 2 weeks as they should and want a clean salon! To start off they do not follow any covid-19 guidelines. There is no social distancing, they do not clean between clients. Everything is dusty, the counters have old nails on them. Just disgusting! I had to ask to get the chair I was sitting on wiped down otherwise they wouldn't have cleaned it. I got my nails done on a Saturday by Kathy and when the tech finished I noticed there were gaps under my nails. The fake nail was not glued all the way down to my real nail. She said it was normal and I expressed that I didn't want them to fall off quickly but she assured me that they would take care of it if they did. Fast forward 24 hours and one nail broke in half. ALL of my nails were lifting from the tip were they were not glued right. So I messaged them on Instagram and send them a video of my nails and they replied with "Lol" as if it was a joking matter. Then I told them I was going to go up there on Monday to get them fixed. I went on Monday ( just two days later) and no one wanted to help me. Tina kept arguing with me that there was nothing wrong with my nails other than the broken one and she couldn't do anything about it unless I waited for the manager. She kept talking over me and raising her voice, just completely unprofessional. After going back and forth for about 20-25 minutes and blaming me for the nails she ended up fixing them. They're hideous. I think purposely she made the nails curve down. I WILL NEVER go back. I left an hour after I got there and the manager still hadn't showed, I would've been there hours had I waited for him. read more

SAVE YOUR MONEY!!!! I purchased the $40 pedicure & by the time I got home (which is a 5 minute drive) my feet were dry & my heels look like this. When I called to let them know that there was a problem they acted like they could not hear or understand me. So I told them that I would come back up there and they said ok. When I showed him my heels he said that they could NOT do anything about that and that the skin on my heels were too thick & that if they would have filed any more then I would be "hurting and bleeding", then he recommended that I put "medicine" on my feet every day after I take a shower & file them & then come back every two weeks for a pedi (for real dude?) When I asked what kind of medicine? He tried to SELL me this "medicine" for $20. I couldn't believe it. PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY! I asked for glow in the dark nails and the nail tech assured me they were going to glow, after four days they didn't glow! So I called the salon to let them know that they weren't glowing and this lady asked me "well what did you do to them" I told her this is powder I can't do anything to them but take them off, she then hung up in my face I do not advise anyone to go here!!!!!! I CAN'T BELIEVE IVE FOUND MY NEW SALON IN SUCH A SHORT TIME OF MOVING TO THIS CITY! Typically I'm willing to drive back to wherever, when you've been getting your nails done regularly since you were 15, you get particular, like you would with your hair. But I was in a pinch and too late getting back to this side of town. So I decided to give this place a chance. I'm so happy I did!!!! Although, I went in the evening, it's a little hard to see at night with no lights in the parking lot or above the businesses. It's unfortunate it's tucked away behind Texas First! The photos I've attached are A WEEK after I've been. That's how great of a job they did. I couldn't have been happier and they were so patient with me. I got my nails done on Tuesday, November 23rd... the shellac started peeling that night! I asked the nail tech to please clean up my nails after he painted them, instead of using nail polish removed he used a nail file. Which caused the peeling. These were the absolute worst!! David was the nail tech. I was being nice by picking something simple.. who messes up black nail polish?! I will be finding a new nail salon because this is ridiculous. read more

Rude and unprofessional. Went in for a refill and after they buffed nails they were unable to match the color. We tried another color and I still did not like it and the owner Andy was rude and pretty much threw me out the salon. I was not upset about the service, just confused about the treatment. I offered to pay for ALL the services I received but the owner would only take monies for pedi and said that I could never come back Again I was not rude to him or the nail tech. Got my nails and feet done here. Pedi was great but you can't really mess up toes. Although nails was completely shitty. The entire time I'm getting my nails done the girl was impatient, rushing, and overall just half assing her way through it. I told that there was random black in the pink and she sighed annoyed and said talk to the girl done my feet. The shape is all messed up by looking chubby and crooked. Clearly the color she was putting on needed a couple more coats but again when I said something she would sigh dramatically and then start talking. Wasn't even trying to be honest. My experience there was okay my mom and I got our nails done by Andy and well we were kinda rushed out of the seat and for them doing that we ended up with thin nails. I called to find out if they had time for two kids' mani/pedis and an adult and if they had kids' chairs. They said to come on in. We came in immediately like they said. They do NOT have kids' chairs like they said. We got here and they filled their chairs. He said come back in an hour and guess what?? Filled the chairs again. Why bother getting an appointment? I don't think they care if you spend your money here. Floor is dirty. Chairs are old. This place is a straight joke. I will spend an extra $30 to not deal with this. No one even has acknowledged me, offered me a drink or sat me in a pedi chair. The girls are sitting in the archaic adult chairs and I'm in an Office Depot chair they must have got on special. I'm going to let them do the girls' nails and then we will gtfo. This. Is. Ridiculous. But don't worry, they will take people ahead of you, sit people down and act like they have the staff and/or ability to service people. They don't. Piss. Poor. At. Best. Will. Never. Be. Back.
