Gross experience. Went in for a gel manicure and am suffering from a wicked infection a week later…read more I was cut 2 times during service. The nail tech kept going, including using polish and just wiping away the blood with the polish brush. I was going to just see it as a bad experience, but now that I am on antibiotics, I think I need to share for the safety of others. The entire station was covered with debris, the person cutting my nails kept capping the bloody cuticle clippers into a filthy cover, even the duster bush was covered in debris. I should have spoken up during service but was so grossed out I just wanted to leave. I ended up paying almost $80 (with tip) for a gel manicure that has required $200 in antibiotics. I'll never go back, this place needs to be inspected.

Sadly, I have had it with this place! I don't often write a…read morenegative review but after today's experience I am completely done with this place! It is conveniently located for me , so I have been here a number of times. To be honest it's never been great but no real complaints. Unfortunately, my last 2 times, including today, I have experienced long waits. Today took the cake though! They like to set you up in the chair which makes you think it won't be too long. Last time my wait was about 1/2 an hour before the tech began the service, my thought was, ok, I didn't have an appointment, so no real problem. Today, I waited in the chair for 50 minutes! There was no one who looked even close to done, so there was no way to know how much longer it would take. When asked how long the wait was the owner/boss was telling people 1/2 an hour and that they were short handed. I can understand that, but giving people an honest time assessment so that they can decide if they want to wait that long seems a better business practice. After sitting for 50 minutes, and not knowing how much more time I would have to wait before the actual service, I decided to leave. There seemed to be no concern that I left. Wish I could give 0 stars honestly after this experience.

I paid for my mom to come and get a pedicure and a full set of dip nails and the lady doing her pedicure didn't clean off the dead skin off of her heels didn't put lotion and or even massage her legs after , and then for her hands asked for a ombré COFFIN shape and ended up with half ass nails that are ALLL different shapes and not even the correct color she wanted . When my mom voiced that she wanted lotion and a massage for her pedicure the person doing it started the massage chair instead of listening to what she said . MIND YOU WHOEVER WAS THERE LAST NIGHT WATCH BACK THE CAMERAS AND WATCHED THAT THEY DID A HALF ASS PEDICURE When she voiced her opinion about how she felt about her nails they completely brushed her off because they were closed . It was their fault that they confirmed and booked her appointment at 5:00 if they were unable to finish in time . When i called all i wanted them to do was FIX her nails as i told the guy she only had time to fix her nails tomorrow he told me they will not do it unless she comes in today . if i could leave zero stars i would , this salon is the worst place to come .

First let's start with the good: The location is amazing. The stylists are talented. The space itself is super cool. There's great snacks. Heck even the prices are great. All good things right? Now the bad. However I give the reliability of actually keeping an appointment an absolute zero. Negative stars. The stylist I worked with canceled on me often and didn't return text messages to rebook. Additionally there is no receptionist desk to call so you can ask for information on other stylists to work with. Would you care do try a walk in appt? No such thing. There is literally no one at the front desk. You walk in and sign in on an iPad . Anyways. Hey they think this works for them so I'll let them keep it. Color bar, I love you but run your salon like a normal one with a front desk person, stylists that return text messages and phone calls. Stylists that actually keep appts and don't give insane excuses why they can't keep appts. Follow up with your employees and understand that if they rent a chair with you - they represent your businesses' name. And salon owner, you can reply all you want to the less than stellar reviews - but manage your people better. For the love of hair.
