This is not why I'm rating them so low. I am because the person I spoke to said, "maybe you could try one of those Asian places where they'll scrape all of your dip (powder) off..." First, I've never experienced anyone scraping all my dip off. Literally everyone has the same process, place hands in heated acetone while it melts off. Anyhoo, I was not interested in giving money to a business that would speak disparagingly about Asians or their establishments. So I ended the call. Btw, I went to one of "those Asian places" and had an amazing experience with a lovely man who did my nails beautifully.
