I was really looking forward to getting a pedicure, as I havn't had one since Covid began. When I…read moreappeared for my appointment who would have worked on me was not wearing a mask. There is a mandate in NM that anyone working in the public has to wear a mask. When I asked, she said she would put one of if I wanted, but I pointed out that since she had been working all day in the small room without a mask, that her wearing one for the next 30 minutes would not make much of a difference in terms of safety. She said it was her choice whether or not to wear a mask. This is simply not true, given the mandate in place. How utterly irresponsible to be working on the public and yet not wearing a mask, particularly when our Covid numbers are increasing as they are. Just because you don't believe in Covid or wearing masks, you don't have the right to disobey the Governor's mandate and jeopardize the health of your clients.

My search is over! On average my hair looks great for 3-4 weeks after seeing Nanette. I have wavy hair and have always wanted a lasting cut that makes my hair look less wavy. Her work is literally the best hair style I've ever had. She also gave my 4 year old son his first ever haircut after he'd never let anyone touch his hair with scissors. It says a lot of when a kid likes his dad's haircut so much he wants one too after never allowing it. And kids also sense good vibes and Nanette definitely is definitely one of the nicest people we've ever met! I can not recommend Nanette enough, especially for men's haircuts!

I was in Santa Fe for my birthday in February and happened upon Shrine as I was trolling and shopping. Upon entering the salon (or so i wish to call it), I was greeted and welcomed, despite the busy clientele. I was treated with the utmost respect and asked if there might be an opening the following day. Bear in mind, I had no clue what I was doing, nor did I know what image I had in mind. I was instructed to go on-line and find an image to email over in advance, which I did. The next day I came to an appointment with a complete stranger, Joe, who was just the nicest, professional, and genuine person. Of course, I will return, since I may have a new addiction. Thanks guys, you rock!
