My gel…read morehad grown out and they offered to do an acrylic fill which was fine, but I had pointed out a broken nail which I had pointed out and they only put a thin layer of acrylic on top. My cuticles were flooded on both toes and hands and the lady doing my toes filed it so hard it hurt and started to bleed. On my hands the gel chipped one day later. I called and asked to come in to get it fixed, went in, showed the manager who then proceeded to argue with me and told me I was a hard customer and said that giving discounts justified the lack of quality work done. I would not recommend going here and will not be returning.

Showed up to my appointment and showed them what I wanted and the nail technician told me only two people can do that and they were too busy and that I should have told them what I wanted when I made my appointment. They don't have time? But I made an appointment! How should have I known that I needed to explain exactly what I wanted done?!? She asked if I had a backup of something else, but after my past experiences here and the way she handled the situation in front of many people sitting around in that moment I decided that the customer service is not up to par and they didn't deserve my money and I left. I went to Galaxy nails and they took me without an appointment, late and did the nails I wanted without hesitation or attitude. I will not recommend top nails to anyone I know and will go to my normal salon that does amazing nails in Rio rancho.
