To save money, I asked for color change instead of full-on manicure and the man worked really meticulously to do the 2 colors, then gently and beautifully dabble the sparkles. I'm SUPER pumped and it's gonna last 2 weeks!! Only $20 if you ask for color change (not listed on the menu) instead of usual mani. Normal gel color change is $15, $5 extra was for the ombré design. He spent a ton of time perfecting the design on each nail, so I tipped him generously. Definitely longer than a normal manicure and what a deal! Instruments looked clean to me, not sure what everyone else is complaining about. Expectations should match the price and caliber of establishment - don't expect wine and fru-fru service like at a real spa with $60+ pedis If any technician goes too hard on sensitive spots, just tell them, they'll be more careful :) Every person's skin is different.
