Later, I received a call stating that my vehicle was ready and was surprised to be given a bill for the repair. When I inquired about warranty coverage, I was told the issue was caused by a rodent chewing through the hose. However, no leaks were present before the service--only a visible crimp. At pickup, I was shown a small piece of hose with a hole, allegedly from a different area of the vehicle. I was also told the original crimped section had been straightened out, then cut and spliced with a larger hose. What concerns me most is that all repairs were completed before I was contacted or given the opportunity to approve or decline the service. I was then offered a "discounted rate" as a resolution, but my concerns were largely dismissed by Michael, the manager. I'm sharing this experience to express my disappointment with how the situation was handled and to caution others to ask detailed questions before authorizing service here.
