Paid for membership. Vehicle never gets clean. They only use presoak on drivers side. Windows don't come clean. Back doesn't get clean. Have the highest plan. Was told "you just have to keep going through until it gets clean" first that means they're waxing dirty paint. Second, waste of time water and energy. Lastly the young man who wears apple ear buds in the tunnel is rude and lazy. You just lost a customer forever. read more

Damage to all my vehicles broken mirror, broken antenna, scratches and swirl marks in my paint, broken window visors, ETC. I went to the manager on 3 occasions filled out the complaint form manager took pictures and assured me I would be contacted. Well that hasn't happened!!!!! You are the worst carwash I have ever used. I have two vehicles with monthly accounts that I have been trying to cancel but somehow you keep charging me. And on top of that its the worst wash I have ever had! Every bad thing on the other reviews are true and any good review is an outright LIE!! This company is a total rip off!!! We used the self-serve RV wash. Very clean facility. Everything worked perfectly and reached as far as we needed. $0.25 per minute.

The car wash did damage to all of our vehicles including ripping off a rear wiper blade and opening our gas tank door and tearing off the charger door on one of our other vehicles. It is costing us too much to fix what gets damaged. The vacuums are nice. read more

Bad first impression! Saw this place was open, went to wash the car as a nice thing for my wife before running errands & got stuck in the middle of the car wash. It threw my car out of the tracks, possibly damaging my alignment &/or steering. The person I presume was the manager didn't seem to care that my car might be damaged & offered no solutions or compensation for getting stuck in the middle of the car wash. Well, that was a terrible first impression, & I won't be going back there despite driving by several times a week during my regular weekly routine. But worst of all, my car is still dirty! It didn't clean the car very well, there's bug guts still all over the place & now I need to go through another car wash coz this one utterly failed to do even a basic job. read more

Just had my car washed and the service there has declined! I paid for the premium wash. There were 2 attendants at the pay station and 1 in the actual car wash. The one at the car wash just directed traffic and sprayed a little cleaning agent on the front and back. They did not scrub the windows, tire, or the undercarriage. The out come was a subpar wash. Undercarriage, tire rims, and windows still dirty. Also the soap was not scented. I'm not even sure I got everything I paid for. I will definitely not waste $22 here again. read more

I bought a membership and I really like the way it washes my car except I have windows visors and the soap gets trapped in them and does not rinse all the soap out. I was down there on Jan 20th and this has happened before. I have a Ford Edge and sometimes they wash the back window and sometimes they don't. I DO NOT LIKE THAT. I want my back window washed with there brush cause the tunnel does not get it clean. They seem to be getting lazy about it. They have had a big turn over and I really liked Brandy the manager but they let her go. When I went there on Jan 20th the vacuum areas were so dirty they need to clean it up..People this is not a garbage dump. It's for small articles but some people are just slobs..The employees are all really super friendly.. read more

Not normally one to leave a review, but was so disappointed! Was very excited to try out the new car wash and left with a dirty car. No pre wash scrub, and all areas of the car were still dirty after. Tons of dirt on the front and back, some on the sides and mirrors were still dirty too. Definitely not worth $15 unfortunately. read more

Go ahead and pay for the top notch car wash, you won't regret it! Vacuuming is included in the price of the wash and they work wonderfully. My car was left very dirty and soapy. I had to come home and wash and rinse it.

This was absolutely the worst car wash I have ever been to. My car was literally only half washed, with the most dirt left on the front and back of the car. For $15.00 I would expect better. Most car washes do some brush washing before you enter the actual wash, and in that they do not do that here I feel that must be a requirement to have a truly clean car at virtually any car wash. Won't be going back, I will go the extra distance to go elsewhere. read more

I took my truck to the spray hand wash bay where you self wash your vehicle. Every thing works, the hand held brush, actually was very soapy. the spray wand worked very well. I always fight the hoses because the want to get stuck on any part of my truck. Not here. The hoses for the brush and the wand were easy to manipulate. After that I took my truck to the free vacuums, that have great suction. I accidentally sucked up a set of keys from my center median. They are very strong and work well. I went and told the staff what happened. They were immediately on it and retrieved my keys within 5 minutes. They were very nice about that. I have been to several car washes in this area, and this is by far the best. My new car was. After dealing with the winter crud on my truck, I had to hand wash. some times you have to use a little elbow grease to clean your vehicle. thats a no brainer. The staff told me that the vacuums were very strong. a T- Shirt was sucked up before. My advice is keep your keys in your pocket or other valuables that might accidentally suck up. read more
