I was reluctant to take my Honda Pilot to an auto detail center as I typically detailed myself. But my car really needed some extra tlc (due to roof and hood sap, bumper scuffs, and cheese doodle paste on the doors, windows and seats) which I couldn't provide, due to neglect (children, job, and everyday life distractions). Upon Yelp research, every detail center had its fair share of positive and negative reviews so I figured I'd give glenside auto spa a chance since it was in my vicinity. When I called on Saturday to request an appt for Monday, Brian was able to assist and squeeze me in. When I arrived Monday morning, I was greeted by Joe and a clean orderly garage, which was reassuring. Joe asked me if I had any special concerns, and as I yapped away, I could tell he paid attention to the details. Before I left, I splurged and decided to get the front 2 windows tinted. Joe wasn't sure if the tech would be available and said he would call if it was possible. Rest assured, I received a call back a few hrs later that it was a go (for the tint). When I arrived in the afternoon, I couldnt wait to inspect, especially to see if the tissues, I had left under the seat, had been vacuumed up. I was pleasantly surprised to find that they had been and that the entire car was looking fantastic. The step up bars and brush guard had not been treated but I was not overly concerned about them as I was the exterior paint and interior. The roof and hood Sap had been removed, bumper scuff concealed as best as possible, and the interior was super shiny - which now matched the tires! All the floor and cargo matts must have been pressure washed and there was that like-new car smell (which wasn't overdone, but just right). Overall, I was super pleased with the customer service and the detail. It was also nice that they thanked me for my business. I highly recommend you give these guys a shot. read more

Our 2015 Subaru Impreza hadn't been thoroughly cleaned since the fall, plus we had just moved. A couple of plants had tipped over in the move so there actually was piles of dirt in the rear area - nasty! My wife's makeup also tends to get all over the interior and I can never get it all off. In short, it was a mess. I found Glenside Auto Spa online and made an appointment. I could not believe how nicely they had detailed the car - it hadn't looked that nice the day we literally drove it off a car dealer's showroom floor. For Christmas my daughter asked for a remote starter for her car. Back when they were on Keswick Ave we had one installed in our 2007 Durango and it has worked flawlessly. While the new location doesn't advertise it, they still do it. I had also bought her a new head unit. I've installed a few in the past but when I saw the number of connections on this one I was leery about doing it myself. I asked Brian if they could do the head unit, too. For a great price we got both the remote start and the head unit done in a 2005 Equinox in a couple hours. It's only been a week but working great and my daughter is ecstatic. I spoke with Brian on the phone to set up my appointment to have the windows tinted on my car, everything was explained in detail except for the % of tint I wanted. Brian called to confirm my appointment the day before & the appointment was confirmed. I arrived for my appointment about 15 minutes early, we discussed the % of tint i wanted gave him the keys & Brian took over from there. I had our xterra detailed that we use for gardening and carting 3 dogs around so it gets pretty dirty. I've had it detailed regularly elsewhere but none were ever able to remove stains from my fabric seat so I was particularly pleased when Glenside Auto did. I didn't know what to expect when I pulled up and saw the auto spa was operating out of the bay of a gas service station but they obvious have everything they need because they did an outstanding job and they couldn't have been more professional. Took in my 2014 Subaru BRZ in for a full details since it's been over 6 months since I had a full cleaning done to the car. The interior was dusty and lots of cats hair (I got 2 cats). Outside had tree sap, bird leavings and dust. Overall not a pretty looking car. I dropped it off for about a 3 hours and came to pick it up. The car was a shiny as I got it from the dealership, the interior was meticulously cleaned, and smelled very nice. I'm planning to return for future detail/wash services here. read more
