Getting an appointment with Tim Case Auto Upholstery you're always 4 to 6 weeks out. We cannot get this covered to fit properly and once he started, he had a few few hours. installing the decision was the cover off. Pay him for two jobs now send a back to acme. And then wait another 4 to 6 weeks for him to reinstall this job was slipped in between other big jobs. I felt at least work with me and detailed photos and told situation they referred me to the seller, which is OB Restoration the had a very metro demeanor about him and was point blank on stating that there's nothing they will do other than possibly refunding my money upon inspection of the Seat COVER by Acme, which meant I had to send it back to they and time was of the essence if there's other manufacturers that one with please do so this and this company OB restorations are two of the worst companies ever want to spend your money with. They don't care about your inconvenience and they don't care about your time. Do not do business with these companies.

Cons: there was a lot of staff turnover from design to finish and so we often needed to repeat certain decisions that had been made earlier on in the process but not recorded, or some things would even get done in construction that then needed to be corrected, due to dropped communication after a staff member left. That was frustrating, but in the end we had a finished space that we have been happy with over the last year+

In fact, FBC's renovation of our basement has made us feel like we purchased a new home. They turned an outdated, largely unusable space into a multi-use space we love. My degrees look amazing together and I couldn't be happier with the service I received. Fast forward quite a bit, we recommended Masten to my in-laws to get a very large painting re-framed. They were able to accommodate it (despite it's huge size) and did an outstanding job - we all sat and admired how many colors were in the painting that we did not see with the old silver frame once we hung the newly framed art piece. For personal reasons he is not in the shop much and has not delegated his authority to deal with matters such as this. This could have been avoided if he had and there was better communication from him. We discussed this and I believe appropriate changes will be made. He is a nice man, going through some difficult times and I wish him the best.

We walked through the store, found the exterior lights, then looked at other displays. During our 5 - 10 min in the store, we saw 3 employees each sitting at their desks. There were no other customers in the store yet NONE of the 3 employees greeted us or even acknowledged that we were present. Incredibly POOR SERVICE!! Shocked that the employees are either not better trained to help customers or simply did not care. Disappointed in this store and would not consider purchasing lighting here given other good options in Denver.

I walked into his location on a Saturday, found exactly what I was looking for and got a quote--all within less than 30 minutes. The price we paid was quite reasonable, a little over $3100 for material and installation for 33 square feet. Three weeks after visiting Stone Tops 4 Less, we have gorgeous new counters. The price, selection, process and quality of installation were all great. I couldn't ask for a better experience, and I will definitely be calling Rueben for any future countertop needs.

Just over three years ago we purchased a chandelier from Urban Lights ("UL") at a cost of more…read morethan $3,000.00. Because of the size and weight, it cost an additional $1,200.00 to have the ceiling reinforced and hung. This piece is now over $4,000.00! Just one week from the three year anniversary of purchasing it, the chandelier just quit working! The manufacturer, Troy Lighting, simply said, essentially, Too Bad, you've only got a one year warranty. UL, however, stepped up and connected us with a specialist in the lighting repair and restoration field and determined it could be repaired!!! We began purchasing from UL nearly 20 years ago and, today, more than 85% of the fixed and non-fixed lighting, and at least 35% of accessories, in our home are from them. Because of their professionalism to not just helping the customer, but also taking a proactive approach to doing what is right, our future lighting and home decor needs will come from UL!! Worked up a large home package with a known designer in the area, who then parted ways with the client for that. The Designer let me know this when it happened, and I informed the homeowner I would not be able to honor those prices if she was not going through a 'trade entity'. Urban Lights took those trade #'s and sold it all directly to the homeowner for a matching price. Some places will protect that Trade discount, as is only right - this is not one of them, evidently.
