Sam's Club Butcher Department leaving a lot of fat on all of their meat. When you open up package and flip the meat over, it's covered in fat. I don't think it's fair. I bought a pack of Kalbi Korean BBQ style ribs. Below the first layer was a second layer of skinny, far covered ribs. The pack made you think you were receiving a second layer. That was false. 30,000 miles and all service including 6 tire rotations at Nissan dealer without one issue. I get tires installed at Southlands Sam's and when I go back to dealer for alignment (as required by Sam's tire warranty), I get my usual service and 2 studs are broken during wheel removal. Sam's claims it was the factory trained technician not their "tech" who's probably still in high school. Only way a stud breaks during removal is because the last one to put the nut on cross-threaded it. Sam's employee was the LAST ONE to do so yet they will do nothing to make it right. This occurred at a Firestone years ago (a FIRESTONE) and they took care of it right away. Very little customer "service" left in the world even when the customer actually is right. Do NOT let Manuel attend you... or if he even comes up to you. He's rude, had to wave him down several times and multiple times he acted like he didn't see or hear me. after 20 mins he saw i still didn't leave and finally came up to me he poorly did my service &' never called me to let me know when my service was done. i had to go up there after an 1 and 40 minutes and said he "forgot" to let me know. caught him taking a smoke break right after with customers wating to be assisted. read more

When getting gas it's always very slow. There was only a few cars in front of us in line and it took the cars extended amount of time to fill up and for us to proceed to the gas pump. I'm not sure what the problem is, but it's very frustrating. read more

It does the job. It's your typical sams club, meh. Meh, like middle of the country , little ethnic culture, selections of that makes sense. I know companies like this serve what the community likes and it's very , bland. I wish they offered more. I have the app and pay for my shopping through there so I really haven't ever interacted w/ any employees or customers lol which is nice for my anti-social, introvert persona that seems to come over me when Im running errands haha. I do believe it's the only sams club in the area so there has always been a line at the door before opening. It probably gets super packed so everyone be trying to get in there early. If you don't want to deal with the crowds spend a little more and get a business membership. Opens at 7 am for business members only! You also DO NOT need a membership to go in and grab things from the snack bar or the liquor stores inside Sams. This has come in handy for me over the years I have had a business membership. I have been fortune enough that a business back east lets me share theirs. Early on a Saturday is the only way to shop Sam's. They may be still washing the floors and you may not be able to get that polish dog you normally do on and afternoon trip, but there are not usually any kids or long lines. You also get first choice of the meat they have marked down and can actually find someone to help you if needed. read more

Customer Service is non-existent whether at the gas pumps (they just sit in the shed in their phones), "Service" Desk - every one of them has a different answer for your question and then you're left standing there while they argue over it; Food Service - once they notice you and come over, there is no "please" or "thank you" or "do you want your receipt?"... they demand your payment then shove your order at you and walk away. These are less than minimum wage workers.... The store manager should be fired. read more

A month back I placed an order to be delivered the next morning. It did not arrive and I had to spend several hours trying to get the items I had paid for. Ultimately my son had to take time to go in to get a refund of the delivery charge and while he was there pick up my order that they could not seem to get to me. Now a few days ago I placed another order. Somehow my order ended up with two separate charges for the same item. Ok fine instead of 2 cases of Welch's juice I will get 4. Well my order was delivered seperately over the last few days not all at the same time. The last of the order arrived today which only included 2 cases of the juice not 4. I looked and yes I was charged for 4. Of course by the time the app showed the rest of the order was delivered, which it was not, the store is closed. Donning room is always dirty! They never have Icees, ice cream never works, no onions, pizza are never stocked!!! Always low on products. No meats, no seafood. I can say demographics play into this location.Horrible all sams should be kept the same. Our money is the same so quality should not be compromised. Horrible management at this Sam's Club! They don't deserve 1 star. They have not been compliant with the governor's directive since the covid19 lockdown! I have been in this store three times recently: March 18, April 11 and June 2. I commented to the security guard at the front of the store and the man openly mocked me! Employees are sick and dying just 50 yards away in their Walmart Exposition sister-store where the Colorado state health department had to close the store for non-compliance in April. Obviously, the same management problems that plague the Exposition Walmart are evident at the Aurora Abilene Sam's Club store. I hope that the widow of the security guard that is in litigation with the Walmart corporation wins billions!!!!! The store itself is ok, although they are frequently out of stock on the few items I tend to purchase here. The black eye of this particular location is the food court. The line is usually long and moves super slow because they don't have enough people scheduled. When you finally get to the front of the line, they tell you everything they are out of. Seriously? Post this information in a prominent location so your customers don't waste time standing in line for nothing. read more

Regarding their "Auto Service", nothing else. "We aren't a full-fledged tire shop so we can't really do anything about this." Is what they told me when in explaining that I had two lug nuts for my wheels that seized up. They were unable to take a wheel off because they, don't have "tools utilized in most tire shops." Their solution was to send my car to another shop, next door so that they could perform that service they couldn't do; then come back. Pretty bad so far, so I asked for a refund. That took all of 30 minutes for them because there's so sense of urgency when helping customers. Several people behind me walked away because there was no point being here. Time suck. Called to inquire to see if they had the luggage I had purchased on Black Friday and was on hold for close to 5 minutes. Yes, I checked the timer! They didn't but had another similar item. The wheel on my carry on broke and would not turn and as a flight attendant- this does more harm than helps! I was literally dragging my luggage through terminals in a sweat! I brought my luggage back with no receipt. They looked up my account and was about to give me a credit- no questions...wow!!! I opted to get the upgrade with 3 pieces instead. Great location and friendly staff. This location however does not offer alcohol, but they do have a fuel station. I have found there tire department to be surprisingly friendly and helpful. They helped me figure out the best way to get oversized mud tires for my truck. But whatever you do, do not get caught just before closing! Total rat race! read more

I've been here three times now and I will not be returning at all this time. First visit took about 45 mins to enter store due to COVID orders but I understood, after their sister store Walmart shut down they stopped regulating that and now anyone can come in as they please Second visit I did order pick up and when I entered the store a woman would not even direct or speak to me without my card and not maintaining social distancing while I asked where is order pickup. I than went to customer service and go my temp card and asked them where order pick up was and was instructed it would be by exit doors as I went to the "hub" of order pick up a gentleman told me they couldn't find my order than 20 mins later I walked out with the one item I purchased LASTLY this is my final try I read online 12 available ink cartridges for my printer were in stock so I decided to go INSTORE because order pickup window would not be available for my need of urgency which I understand. As I walked in this time NO ONE was checking for membership cards or was there any disinfectants or cart cleaning. I walked to electronics waited 10 mins than asked a associate to call someone over and 10 mins later still no one..... so she politely brings me to customer service and we find the item is INSTOCK AND INSTORE and the MANAGER Melissa went to the back to "find it" and she told me they don't know where it was and she was gonna ask her merchandising manager where it should be. 15 mins later a random associate sent by Melissa told me it's not here and they don't know when they plan on getting it and didn't even want to acknowledge what an Inconvenience this caused me. After askin her when will they arrive ? She said I don't know and walked away. That associate wasn't maintaining 6ft nor did she wear the mask as she came up to me she took it off to speak which is so DISGUSTING!! I will never shop here again and quite frankly I'm refunding my membership GOODBYE SAMS CLUB!! read more

I would have to say this Sam's is less than typical. Although the staff is relatively friendly they don't do anything to go above and beyond (or I haven't experienced it). I have found my experience to go to the Sam's in Southlands (SE Aurora). Their produce seems to be a little more fresh, they seem to have more items that I like to purchase, and they seem to have a better overall selection. The parking lot is kind of hectic so be prepared for that. The staff does a good job trying to keep the carts out the way, its the crazy drivers that are the problem! read more

My family has been shopping here for years! Unbelievable family friendly atmosphere and familiar enough for us to call it our favorite bulk shopping spot. We come here for our main groceries, condiments, home entertainment and more! I love how over the years, they decided to up-sell their products by handing out free and delicious samples for us. I think we had never experienced negative shopping days here because this location gets it right. I love the annual holiday photo booths and studios they create to make it the most fun yet. So many memories were created, such as taking photos with the Easter Bunny, attending the 1950's old photo shoot, and chowing down on some good ol' Sam's Club pizza and yogurt ice cream sundae they have to offer. My boyfriend and I went to this sams club and were very disturbed to see an elderly lady out there pushing carts... seems very wrong considering there are a lot younger people who work there who are more qualified for that job. That is very labor intensive (that was something I did when I was 16 and it still wore me out) and the carts are not small.. It seems like sams club doesn't value their employees or their health. Definitely not a good look on your part. It is summer and getting hot outside and it doesn't seem right to have someone who is 60+ out there pushing carts. I cant believe that you had someone of that age out there doing that.. Get someone younger to do it. Seems like workplace abuse. Shame on you Sams Club. Get it together. read more

This is the WORST Sam's Club around. The managers are too busy talking and joking with other rather than leading their employees. It is amazing how they became a manager or an assistant manager. They don't even know how to return, credit or void a transaction. I saw an employee teach a manager how to use a register. You wonder why the employees are screwed up.. I purchased cartons of cigarettes for my business and the manager that was there, while an employee was taking a break, screwed up the order because she wasn't listening and didn't know anything about cigarettes. I had to make another trip back because she screwed up and she blames me for her LACK of knowledge... UNBELIEVABLE!!! This place is so screwed up! I always come to this SAMs club about every two weeks. It's always been super clean and the staff has always been so friendly. Surprisingly, this SAMs has pretty dang good produce! I always get the little tomatoes & bags of kale & Brussels sprouts salads. They have the best deals on things, and I will always continue to come here. Employees make rude comments about the customers, such as, "These people have no life," which are easily heard by the people buying the products that help pay their wages. Also, they re-stock products by moving their carts so that they can push customers out of their way. This Sam's is an average Sam's. Its nothing special. The lines are usually long, and the service is good, not great. This store especially has long lines and is pretty crowded. The parking lot has spots that are just too damn small if you as me. You know if store had spots that were 20% wider, I'd go there 9 times out of 10. I hate tight parking spots. I hate it more because of the other drivers not being able to park. Whatever - average old Sam's. You know the rest of the story. read more
