Just three days to re-roof a large one-story house, including replacing all the garage underlayment because of storm damage, shore up a weak rafter, seal the chimney, install a new attic vent fan, fit three new skylights, replace the gutter guards, and before leaving, sweep the work area with magnetic rakes to make sure no nails were left in the grass. He put a crew of 7 on the job. Several of the crew are carpenters / finish carpenters so work doesn't stop while a sub gets called in for trim work or to put in the skylights. Amazingly, on price, Hipp came in in the middle of the bidders. We'd use him again, assuming we're alive 40 years from now when this roof wears out.
