I stumbled onto this gem of a business a few years back when someone turned in front of me and crumpled my front end. I had my car towed to a body shop right next door to them but that shop refused to take in my vehicle that night because they were closing. Mind you, this was after they told me to tow it there. Seeing I was distraught and pissed off to say the least, Oscar at precision auto craft next door offered to take my car in that evening and work with my insurance company to fix my car. Not only did they do an amazing job making my car look new, but they did it very timely. I would say this is just an all around genuine company being they were easy and pleasant to work with. Unfortunately I was involved in a few more accidents since the initial and have not hesitated to take my vehicle to prescision auto craft each time. This was the worst communication and service I have ever received from a shop. On their social media they show you nice cars and how fast the turn around time is for them. But I suspect the fast turn around time and quality work is only for friends or something. I brought my mustang and they gave me a quote for the job. Within 2-3 weeks I gave them all the money up front in cash so there would be no issues with ordering parts or any hold up. 3 months later I received zero updates on my car and on social media it was always parked in the same spot in the background. It wasn't until I called that they started working on it. But working on it is a very loose description of what they did. All they did really was replace the front and rear bumper and paint part of the car. They didn't even do a full respray like they said it would be. They also didn't make any attempt to pull out the frame damage on the car. And multiple parts weren't replaced that were quoted. Like the headlights, some suspension, exhaust etc. after 4 months I kept calling but I would always get out on hold then hung up on or I would get sent straight to voicemail. They only answered when I called from someone else's phone. I would have been patient and let them finish the job but I discovered that they were driving my car up and down the street with ZERO coolant. The car developed a coolant leak that the car didn't go in with and they were driving it like that. The shop down the road that did the AC recharged was the shop that informed me of this. I didn't want my car to get damaged in any way and with a lack of trust and communication I took my car back. If you are going to come to this shop. I could have dealt with the low communication but driving my car risking damage to the engine was too far for me. I tried to ask for my money back for work and parts they did not do and I was denied and had no luck legally pursuing anything. When legal action was mentioned, that was the only time I ever received a call back from them. Every other time I was promised a call or text back I got nothing. They tried to tell me they were actively working on the car but when I asked if they had ordered a subframe, headlights, suspension, front crash bar or any other parts the guy gave me a blank stare. I knew that they weren't buying any parts or actually working on the car. It was my fault for trusting that they would. read more

The absolute worst experience working with this body shop understand the nag tube reviews are bad for a reason, I have had multiple opportunities to work with them and every time after the first was horrible from extremely poor communication to overall poor workmanship. I have never seen a body shop so poorly run, they have exotic cars they post in their IG to promote those cars they do decent but on everyday daily drivers I had more issues waiting months for my car to be delivered to me and when it was it came out with even worse issues than when it went in. I even had some of my aftermarket parts missing from my vehicle after it had been sitting in their shop for months. I couldn't want anyone enough to stay away the negative comments are legit. I regret ever giving them my time and money. Stay far away not worth the headaches. read more

I was involved in a severe accident within minutes of it happening a guy saying he was a tow truck driver pulled up and asked for my number so that he could help out my brother gave him my number and the guy took off after everything was settled and I was home I got a call from the manager of precision claiming he got my information from "his system" and that he was contracted with my insurance and that they were Honda certified and that if I wanted to they could pick my car up later that night and have an appraisal done that following Monday. Monday comes and I didn't hear anything so I call to check in Tuesday afternoon and the lady on the phone said that my insurance wasn't coming out till the following day. I spoke with my insurance and they informed me that they are not contracted with them and that they were not Honda certified. So Wednesday morning I came to pick up my car and take it to an actual certified body shop. And I was greeted by a condescending rude manager. I asked to be givin my keys and an itemized statement of all the charges and was told that I owed $1700 (including illegal charges and for 5 full days of storage when they technically only had it for 3 full days) when brought up the guy said the charges were not illegal because my car was not drivable so they are aloud to tack those on. Long story short I had to pay the charges to get my car released but I am in the process of making a BAR complaint. I don't recommend going here they are liars and will rip you off! I wish I would've done my research before sending my car here! read more

Absolutely never go to this place. It is a nightmare working with them. I got in an accident on Christmas, and it took them over a month to mark the car as totaled. On top of that, they added ridiculous charges with super high prices to the bill that had to be worked out with my insurance (this took days). They said it would take days for them to issue the refund for the original check for repairs to my insurance, when they should be able to do so right away (especially since they claim they could tell the car was totaled right away when they first looked at it). They never answer the phone and will not call you back. Take your car somewhere else. read more

The shop is also very clean, many repair shops are dirty and makes you question how they will treat the vehicle if the shop is filthy but this is not the case at PAC. Precision auto craft made my car look brand new. Jonathan was very helpful and patient, he called the auto insurance to ask them for an extension on my car rental which was granted. My car came in with the one major hit on the driver side along with one other dent on the passenger side. The PAC team did a wonderful job on my car and at the end it was dent and scratch free.
