Every one of my team members is so impressed with the presentation, quality and quantity of food. The chefs got 45 minutes for preparing their appetizers, 35 minutes for entree and 20 minutes for desserts. It was impressive to see both chefs were precise with their timing. The dishes prepared by both chefs were so masterful, had intricacy of combining the ingredients and coming up with some sumptuous flavors. Salmon and steaks were cooked perfectly. It was extremely difficult to score the chefs on barest of margins and pick a winner. But per the rules I did pick Chef Ryan Beegel over Chef Alexis Sicklick. The host was also super nice and funny. She did a super job of explaining all aspects of the dinner, cleaning out plates after each round and serving all the drinks. Truly it was one of a kind TV Show like experience for us.
