We are fans. There is something special about their doughnuts - especially the specialty ones. The Pecan Pie Fritter is absolutely amazing (seasonal). The Apple Fritter is awesome - chunks of apple are throughout the fritter. My son loves the Red Velvet doughnuts. I like to buy an array of whatever the special ones and take them home and cut them into pieces. Then everyone can try each doughnut, and not be overwhelmed. They all looked great but I had a sweet tooth today so I stuck with some sweet donuts. The maple bacon donut was delicious. Not overly sweet and just the right amount of saltiness from the bacon. I just died and went to Doughnut heaven, hands down some of the best doughnuts I have ever had. Me and my wife went there for her birthday and she wanted something sweet and I saw Glaze on yelp so we decided to try it. I sit here as I write this feeling guilty, because I felt like I got just as much of a gift as she did. The Blueberry Lemon was awesome and my wife's Red Velvet Indulgent looked stunning even though I don't like Red Velvet I would have tried that one. Is this place as good as the other reviews say? Pretty much. I got the "deluxe" version of their red velvet donut (my naming, not theirs) which had a ring of cream cheese on top. It is a cake-type of doughnut, but was soft and melted in my mouth. While it was soft, it wasn't crumbly like many cake-style doughnuts so that was a positive since I was eating it in my car. It was also put in its own box so there was no bag to smear the icing off. Then there was the apple fritter. It was very good, very rich, and a bit larger than fritters you will find elsewhere. These fritters are not just plain apple, but seems to be an apple and cinnamon mixture similar to that you might find in a turnover. This was so rich that I could only eat about half of it and the taste of it has pretty much stuck with me throughout the day and into the afternoon. I'm not sure if that is good or not. The only thing I could wish for is a fork and knife. Their strawberry and bavarian cream donut that is pictured in reviews here is a bit messy to just pick up and eat on the go and some of their others look similarly messy. They should also invest in a better sign. It just says "donuts and kolaches" or "donuts" on their signs which really doesn't let the customer know what delights await them if they drop in. The kolaches here are soooo sooo good. Kolache factory pales in comparison. The bread is so soft, flaky, and buttery. They also don't skimp on filling. The doughnuts are light and fluffy, not dense and cakey like other places. So glad we found this little gem of a donut shop! read more

We have been here at least five times and always try the specialty donuts. They are all amazing! Our favorites are the Red Velvet and Nutella Donut Holes. The seasonal Pecan Pie Fritter is probably the best thing Ive ever eaten. Service is fast and courteous.
