She was pleasant at first then called me back and told me her worker said he was told by the gentleman here that they did not have to worry about there mess he would take care of it, he didn't want them on his property... 1st off there was no man here ( no one was home at all...) 2nd one of the guys was already on the property picking up the big pieces of trash they let go. She said well he did run his magnet over your driveway, There's NO possible way he did with all the nails that were left and we also have 3 cameras that face our driveway 1 points straight down it one across it and the other the front and the only time it picked anyone up was when he was here picking up the big mess! She did tell me they would be here the next morning between 7-8 am I am still waiting for them but when I called her to ask if there was an eta she blew up on me, was Cussing me out and Hung up on me, Again this was all caught on camera, when I told her I am leaving a review. If I could give zero stars I would. I have windows installed in 2022 this company says they back their installation for 5 years and I'm also supposed to have a lifetime warranty on the product itself. Patio door window started leaking 11 days ago when we got the crazy rain. Reached out to James who is the owner of the company. He tells me he is going to come out and he never shows up, texts, calls. My last two messages to him have gone completely un-answered. I had a private contractor come out just to look and this was their findings: The nailing flange around the door and transom window they did not install flashing tape around the window or door. Also the j channel isn't caulked around the window or door preventing water from getting behind the siding. Also missing caulk or cracked along upper transom window. Then the trim that connects the transom to the door isn't sealed in left edge. For them to fix it they want $400. To me with those findings it is an install issue and since James won't even have the courtesy to come out, he doesn't care about the people who have already PAID a bunch of money for windows and doors. I will be filing a claim with the Better Business Bureau and if I have to pay another person to fix their work, I will take them to small claims court. You spend $7,000 on windows and you don't expect to have to deal with this 2 years after they are installed. Extremely disappointed and disgusted on how this small business operates.

When we met to discuss the most recent window replacement project, he set a production and installation schedule and he followed it to the letter. Further, AT Construction's workmanship and attention to detail are remarkable. To evidence this fact, when they completed the work, the window looked perfect. Notwithstanding, Adam pointed out a small imperfection in one of the screens and promised to have it addressed and corrected. Less than 24 hours later, he already has a Pella representative scheduled to inspect and presumably replace or repair the screen. Alter two separate window projects (three total windows) we cannot say too many good things about AT Construction.

I had a little bit of sticker shock from the first quote so decided this would be worth getting multiple quotes on. And Home Build was one of them due to their stellar Yelp reviews. I called them and they were able to send Oscar out right away. They told me to save 60 -90 min for the consultation, which seemed like a lot of time considering every other company just needed 5-10 min of my time. However, i was willing to invest the time for the right doors and right price. Oscar and i met for over an hour. He was super friendly and knowledgeable about all my door options. He brought along a presentation (via his ipad), as well as materials so we got it all done within that hour. The other companies took a lot less, but resulted in a few trips to my house and lots of back and forth via email. I honestly probably prefer the latter since less time all at once. In the end I went with a different company due to price, but thought this company offered a good product at competitive pricing so would be worth looking into them.
