The products on display are top-notch, with most of the products hand-selected from, or custom-made by, domestic artisans. Ironically, the people are not the friendliest in the Ballard location- I've shopped there for years but am often ignored by the hipster sales staff even if I'm the only other person. My experience at the University is the opposite- super friendly cashier who was warm and welcoming. They have a beautiful website and Instagram page so there's lots of options to explore this exquisite (but sometimes snooty) business.
