The window was about 14-16 ft in the air, so I wanted them to come see what they were getting into. We scheduled an estimate for later that week and Josh came out to look at the job and give me a accurate estimate, which was similar to the price I was quoted over the phone. Today, 3 guys ( Aidan, Will and Josh ) showed up right on time to do the installation. They took their time, they covered all the surfaces in my home, not only with drop clothes but with thick cardboard, and made sure they were able to replace the window and leave my house even cleaner then when they arrived. They were very professional. I am so glad I picked to use reliable, and will be calling them for all my future work. Thank you again !!!!

They installed sliding glass windows, and the wheels underneath would come off the track, get stuck, etc. We would call & complain and days later their installers would come in to try and repair the windows. Within the next couple days we had the same problems with the windows again. Every time (3 - 4 times) they would come and "repair" said windows, we would get billed for the terrible service they provided. Our last phone call with them consisted of complaining that we keep getting billed for repair work that has NOT been successful, and we were told they would need to replace all 3 sliding windows, a billable service. We thought that they might be willing to repair or replace the windows at no cost this time, considering we've spent hundreds if not more for products and services BELOW STANDARD. We will never use this company again, or recommend their poor service.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO THIS AWFUL PLACE!!!…read more I had a crack in my front windshield after a storm and through my insurance company I contacted Glass America to repair the window. After several reschedule appointments due to the winter weather--- Glass America came to replace the shield on a Saturday morning. After removing the old shield glass and replacing with a new shield-THE TECH CRACKED MY NEW shield that was placed on my car. He assured me that the small crack could be repaired and that he would return the following weekend to repair it. After letting the car sit for an hour--per the technician's suggestion I proceed to drive my vehicle. The crack started to expand--at which point the vehicle had to be parked indefinitely. The technician assured me that this "never happens" and that he would return the following Saturday to replace the glass. FOUR WEEKS LATER...after several attempts on my end to have the crack repaired Glass America scheduled an appointment on 3/2 to repair the wind shield. I scheduled my appointment for 12:30p when I would be home. When I arrived to my residence I was surprised to see that the window had been worked on--WITHOUT ME BEING PRESENCE as I had requested. Not only had Glass America ILLEGALLY entered my vehicle--they damaged the seal around my wind shield and left a copious mount of snow inside my UNLOCKED vehicle which is parked on the street. They have now scheduled YET ANOTHER appointment to come fix the seal--to which they also claimed this type of damage "never happens". IT HAS NOW BEEN 6 WEEKS and my vehicle is still not repaired. This is the absolute worst glass repair business in the area. They refuse to acknowledge the inconvenience they have caused & every time I call to speak to the manager they are conveniently not available.

He was professional, timely, and did an excellent job and was clean in how he left it. We had clear instructions not to use the showers for 24 hours. I love the work he did. Based on this experience, I highly recommend him. They could be a little better about keeping you updated on the status of your glass, but we got the glass installed a week after it was ordered, so we have no valid complaints.
