. super nice interior for pictures . when we went was practically empty, service was nice . food looks better than it tastes . potatoes were definitely the winner . chicken waffles... chicken wasnt bad but personally the waffles weren't it, maybe up to your taste palette . waffles felt dry and lack of flavour felt like biting into cardboard . truffle fries would be one of the few "order again" plates . carbonara first few bites were amazing! but the taste gets boring/ more ordinary or mediocre after the first few

AAA Beef Crispy Gravy Wavy

What a delightful, innovative brunch spot. Another restaurant by Chef Keith Pears that showcases his unique fusion talents. Spacious dining room that takes reservations. Definitely get one as the line ups can be long. Service was very friendly and accommodating when we had to send a drink back. We had the following: Jakarta lamb skewers: nice and flavourful. Fried chicken and waffles: Chicken portions were large and quite crispy. The syrup on top was a nice compliment. AAA Steak Crispy Gravy Wavy: a unique dish originating from Hawaii. It was tasty. Galbi cheesesteak: looks good and there seemed to be ample filling. Only I didn't taste the beef as much i hoped i would. On the flip side the bread was incredible and really stole the show.

The pancake was just average, the chicken waffle I was very disappointed the look and the taste is below average have no taste.

Glass kitchen is the perfect place to catch up on girl time, go out on a date, and generally just have a brunch and yap session. Us girlies decided on this place because of the aesthetics and let me tell you, it. did. not. disappoint . I honestly think glass kitchen deserves a MUCH higher rating, 5/5 for sure!!! Though any place can do a brunch spread, every single element and component and each ingredient is ELAVATED. The potatoes as the side of the eggs bennies, it was crispy and fluffy - light yet hearty. the eggs scramble was the highlight for me! The eggs were FLUFFY and not watery, VERY silky. And their lattes are honestly a big seller for me as a huge coffee girl. I LOVE the creativity. I will 100% come back again. the only downfall for me is the parking of this plaza, it's always packed

This place a quite the buzz when it started and so I wanted to come try. Menu items were on the pricey side, but the decor and service reflect this. Inside the decor feels modern and ties well to the term glass. Jakarta Skewers - Lamb skewers with nuts and dashed with peanut sauce and red cabbage puree. Interesting concept, but lamb themselves was under seasoned. It relies on sauce to add flavour, but definitely not enough sauce for the amount of skewers. Nice to try, but wouldn't get again. Fried Chicken and Waffles - Again nice concept, bubble waffles instead of typical waffles and fried chicken. Decent in flavour, but lacking in texture. Bubble waffles were fluffy inside, but not crispy on the outside. Fried chicken was pretty crispy, but parts that were in contact with the bubble waffles sees to have deflated in crispiness. Nice to try. GK Burger - Pretty standard burger and fries. Not sure its worth it for the price. Lots of fries tho. Would not recommend. Overall expensive for its price. Maybe its what we got, but would not come back.

Made a lunch renovation for 6 people on a Sunday for 12pm. The restaurant was very busy and we still had to wait about 20-25 minutes before getting seated. The restaurant was very nicely decorated and the staff were very attentive and pleasant. We ordered the following: Smoothie Bowl - Açai with banana, strawberries, passion fruit gel, coconut flakes and granola - very tasty, a little too tart for me but overall very fresh and delicious. 8/10 Jakarta lamb skewers - peanut sauce, almond crust, kombucha red cabbage purèe and pickled jalapeño - tasty but only had 3 small skewers, was a little expensive for what you get. 7.5/10 Ube Pancakes - served with Ube sauce, blueberries and vanilla chantilly - really really good pancakes, this was one of my faves. 9/10 Biscoff Pancakes - same as the Ube pancakes but served with Cookie spread and cookie crumble, really good as well but I would give the edge to the Ube. 8.5/10 Fried chicken and waffles - honey butter fried chicken with sesame waffles with soy scallion and chili maple - really delicious Asian-style take on chicken and waffles. 8.5/10 Citrus espresso fizz - citrus infused espresso drink - felt a little weird at first but was alright after you get used to it but tasted like a citrus carbonated coffee. 7/10 The OG - beef patty, sunny side egg, mushroom gravy and seasonal veggies, this was very delicious and portion size was very good. Mushroom sauce was seasoned very well. 8/10 Cha Siu pork belly - omelette egg (served Hong Kong scrambled egg style), rive and scallions served with two braised pork belly slices - this was very good, rice was flavourful and cha Siu was very soft and tender. 8.5/10 Our table also ordered an iced black coffee. Total spend was about 265$ after tax and tip, which felt fair because our table was really full by the end. Overall I'd recommend Glass kitchen for their Asian style take on wester brunch food!

Tried a few items here and overall really enjoyed the experience. We had the beef and cheese sandwich with tater tots and gravy. The tots were perfectly cooked, crispy on the outside and light inside. The gravy had a slight kick and paired nicely with the tender beef and soft bun. Lots of cheese too! It was tasty, but a bit heavy for me, so I couldn't finish it. 4/5. My friend ordered the lobster pasta and cleared the plate, bread and all. Safe to say it was delicious and just the right portion size. For drinks, we tried the Biscoff iced latte and the Ube iced latte. The Biscoff latte was a standout sweet, flavorful, and so good my friend ordered a second. 5/5. The Ube latte was smooth and balanced, not too sweet or bitter, which I really liked. 4.5/5. The cafe itself is smaller than expected but beautifully decorated bright, light, and inviting. Staff were attentive and didn't rush us even close to closing. I'd definitely come back.

Such a beautiful restaurant with a cozy and stylish atmosphere, perfect for date night or a nice brunch with friends. The food presentation is gorgeous and everything tasted delicious. I especially loved the fried chicken and the Ube pancakes, it was absolutely amazing. Service was very friendly and attentive, and the whole experience felt relaxing and enjoyable. Will definitely come back again

Glass Kitchen Parking: Parking can be difficult, especially during lunch time on the weekend. Atmosphere: Fancy modern classy interior and space between each table are very tight. Service: Staff service is average at best. Presentation: Every dish looks like a piece of art work. It is one of my most memorizable weekend brunch in recent years (please refer to my photos). Taste: - Lobster eggs benny: Poach egg cook perfectly. It matches perfectly with the lobster claw and English muffin. - Biscoff pancakes: Look more like a piece of art work. The pancake is smooth and puffy. Also, it is not too sweet. - Matcha latte: Look nice but taste average. Overall: This place is beautiful and the food they serve looks more like a piece of art work.

I heard great things about Glass Kitchen and finally decided to try it! I came for brunch with a friend on a Sunday and reserved a table a few days before hand. The restaurant is packed and you're seated very closely to the table beside you. I wish there was a bit more space between the tables. I ordered the chicken and waffles - it was decent. The chicken was fried and very flavourful, but the black sesame waffle and green onion flavours were mixing well for me ($24). Service was great and our server was very attentive despite it being so busy. Overall, I would definitely come again to try something else on the menu. Decent pricing, but on the pricier side for brunch. Very aesthetically pleasing inside. Lots of parking in the plaza.

First dining meal of 2026! I was impressed with what we ordered from the lobster rolls to mushroom risotto. I was a bit disappointed with the fried chicken and waffles - the black sesame waffle was not the typical waffle texture but more so a crunchy cookie so it was not enjoyable (the fried chicken was really good though). Heard great things about brunch so I would definitely check out Glass Kitchen again!

My friend took me here for brunch on a Saturday afternoon. We showed up a little early, so that we can get away from the very hot weather. A friendly lady greeted and checked our reservation time, then took us to our seat towards the back. The decor was beautiful and had touches of fun- from lighting to the furnitures, it was funky and fun and I loved it. Our waiter arrived soon after and warmly greeted us. Then he brought us the menu and left the table to get some water. As there were so many items on the menu, it took some time for us to decide. Finally, my friend ordered Fried Chicken and Waffles and I ordered Crab Bennies. Plus we ordered one drink to share. Once our orders arrived, we could not wait to eat! We enjoyed our meal, the bennies were cooked just right and there was just the right amount of sauce. The cubed potatoes were crispy and lightly salty, plus the fresh fruits helped to cleanse my palate. My friend also enjoyed her meal- she shared that the chicken pieces were crispy on the outside and juicy on the inisde. Also, the waffles were soft and had cool dark colour! She liked that the sauce came on the side (so that she can customize it to put on a lot or only a little bit). Our drink was refreshing and added a nice caffeine kick to our meal. I look forward to visiting here again when I'm in the area! Make sure to make a reservation in advance, so that you don't have to line up!

Came here once before with reservations, the food was great, but make sure you have reservations as it is quite busy for lunch time esp weekends. Second time I came and got a strawberry matcha drink, it was sooo good. The matcha had the right consistency, and thick, foamy and creamy. I got the short ribs Benny and it was good, very rich. The potatoes were a little over fried. All in all good restaurant and vibe.

We got the razor clams, 12 wings and beer special (after 8:30pm), smoked beet and pig ear salad, brisket and ribs and bun bo hue. The 12 wings and beer would have been such a good deal except the drink was pretty watered down. We brought it up to the waitress so hopefully they change that in the future. The wings were crispy,m and delicious. The razor clams tasted good too, but it only comes with 4. The smoked beet and pig eat salad was one of our favourites! Unique, flavourful and good crunchy textured. The brisket and ribs were another favourite. Tender and flavourful. The bun bo hue was good too. Service could have been better. One of the waiters wasn't that friendly. We still had a good time though and enjoyed the food. I would come back to try their other dishes.

We had a reservation for 5:30 and sat down quickly but this place filled up quick - by 7 pm, it looked like all the tables were full!! Now.. I am not someone who can tolerate spicy food very well, but I was really enjoying everything we had despite how much I was sweating. The large majority of the dishes we ordered were around $20-30, which I thought was worth it for the portion sizes. The roasted duck (which was basically Peking duck style) was $60 and Dry-Braised Fish was $37. They did not skimp out on the meat for any of these dishes - I think my favourites may have been the fish, pork hock and skewers. The pork literally fell off the bone and was so incredibly tender. I love the taste of Szechuan food (even though my body may not always agree) and felt that the flavours came through very well despite how numbed my mouth got. The way we ordered our dishes were primarily through an app after you scan a QR code, but the servers were always present to help and refill our water. We were never out of water and food came out so quickly. We had a great time and would definitely come back!

The yuzu sauce was refreshing paired well with chicken. The dish came with a side of salad which helped balance out the heaviness of the fried chicken and mochi. We also ordered their pistachio souflle pancake and it was delectable. It was light, airy and fluffy. The pistachio sauce was creamy, nutty and aromatic without being too sweet. I also liked how it came with fruits on the side. I also ordered their hojicha latte, which was one of the best ones I've had. It was smooth, creamy, and had just the right amount of tea flavor. The milk foam had the perfect velvety texture and it came with a pretty latte art. Overall, I really enjoyed the brunch they offer here. It is a pretty simple cafe, so don't expect it to be all decked out because it's not those instagramable cafes.
