Call insurance telling me not to sign anything then called the manufacturer who said their syncing system was working and that sometimes they get calls saying this because the glass company does not have the technology to work on the newer autos. They suggested I go to the dealership to get everything back to normal, WHY WOULDN'T I GO TO THEM IN THE FIRST PLACE. They closest dealers is 2 hours away and I responsible for cost! If you have a newer vehicle, think hard on where you get glass repaired or replaced!
