On the FOURTH visit they replaced the whole windshield unnecessarily and messed up some sensors and now after their visit today it's almost 10pm and we just noticed the dash lights won't turn off. They messed up the wiring and now my battery will be dead by morning when I'm supposed to leave at 5am for work. This is what they specialize in so I am appalled that this could be such a calamity of errors. I'm sick of rescheduling appointments, driving around with my rear view mirror dangling or missing and now I'll have a dead battery for work in the morning??? Get it together Safelite. Do better for your customers.

I had a chip in my windshield that I needed to get repaired. Went to Safelite, had the work done and left. On the way home, I can see sunlight reflecting from where the chip was. When I pulled over and checked, the chip was still there! The tech had obviously not used enough resin and it did not fill the chip. When I went back to them this morning, the guy tried to convince me that the chip repair was good EVEN THOUGH THERE WAS STILL A CHIP! I will not be going there again and I recommend that you don't either.

When I dropped my truck off I was told it would be ready between 1 and 2 pm. I am an hour drive away. I showed up at 2: pm. They had not even sprayed my truck yet and the owner wasn't even there. When he returned all he said was, well, with a bit of an attitude, we'll get it done. Then a day or so later I realized that the back up camera was not working on my truck. which is in the tailgate. (they had the tailgate off to spray it) When I called back all they said was well it was working when it left. So I called my good friend Steve Corcoran (Done Right Auto Glass) to do a yet another windshield for me on a different vehicle of mine.
