I was worried I could have loosened up lashes. Nope! The shop is towards the back of Suites... it's comfortable and calming. I had planned for approximately three hours. I was done in under two hours. I chose the fullest set. Update: I'm two and a half weeks post lashes done. I carefully followed directions and still have more than 75% coverage. They look AMAZING even after having hip surgery a little over 24hrs ago. It'll have to wait for me to go back... no driving for 4-6 weeks. I absolutely LOVE my lashes!

There were quite a few people waiting but Cindy did not rush and took special care to compare each nail after every step to make sure my hands looked the same. There is no gap between the color and my cuticle and the shape is perfect. She absolutely killed the coffin shape (punny). A full gel set is $45 but they charged me $5 for the coffin shape (??) but they are so amazing I don't even care. Words of advice: make an appointment because wait times were longer than expected for the people I saw come in.

When you have to lay completely still for almost two hours that is not ideal. My technician seemed inexperienced. She spent way more time on one eye than the other and my lashes were lopsided as a result. She pinched my eyelids several times. Afterward my eyes were super irritated. I could feel the extensions for weeks afterward instead of them being seamless. Overall a pretty unpleasant experience. Wouldn't go back.

The entire appt was 2.5 hrs as the owners decided to take other clients while we were only half way through getting pedicures, so we had one person for remainder of toes and then waited for each other for nails. .. toes with different length nails, childlike nail polish, and visibly dry skin on feet.. and the nails- similarly awful. The gel was bumpy, our cuticles were not cleaned up. When we expressed concern about the time, they said someone did not show up, though did not take responsibility for taking other clients and leaving us. Terrible experience with poorly trained nail technician's.
