I was worried I could have loosened up lashes. Nope! The shop is towards the back of Suites... it's comfortable and calming. I had planned for approximately three hours. I was done in under two hours. I chose the fullest set. Update: I'm two and a half weeks post lashes done. I carefully followed directions and still have more than 75% coverage. They look AMAZING even after having hip surgery a little over 24hrs ago. It'll have to wait for me to go back... no driving for 4-6 weeks. I absolutely LOVE my lashes!

Got my lashes done and they hurt so bad, they literally were done in under 45 min. Had to get them professionally removed cuz by the next day I couldn't even open my eyes that's how bad they hurt to blink. the new lash tech told me these ppl had used what they call "cluster" lashes which are square base, there was so much black cement glue attached to my lid that it ripped my natural lashes off. I would stay VERY far away from Them

When you have to lay completely still for almost two hours that is not ideal. My technician seemed inexperienced. She spent way more time on one eye than the other and my lashes were lopsided as a result. She pinched my eyelids several times. Afterward my eyes were super irritated. I could feel the extensions for weeks afterward instead of them being seamless. Overall a pretty unpleasant experience. Wouldn't go back.

I returned a week later on February 7 for a refill. About half my lashes had fallen off after 1 week. At checkout she said that she would have to call her manager because the free refill was not going through her system. She told me that I got my lashes on Feb 1 and that promotion ended Jan 31. I was offered that promotion and took it at her advice. I was then charged 57.00 which is 1/2 price. I should not have pad that, as it was not what was promised to me. Not wanting to argue, I paid and left. The lash tech seemed to know what she was doing however her hands and breath smelt like food. With her hands and face so close to mine, it was not enjoyable. I would say the quality of their products are below average since I lost most of my initial set in a week.

I forgot the name of my pedicure but I picked a $67 one. I asked for a gel pedi (white color). First of all the dead cuticles around my toes weren't completely removed. From the chair I could still see dead skin. The pedicure itself was very soft, too soft for my taste. The white color is difficult to work with - I know, but this is such a popular choice there should already be an expectation. I had to ask for a third coat of the white cuz I could still see steaks and the shade of white wasn't opaque enough. Not sure if it's because he's a guy but they should be able to notice that. If I see it, they should see it. I see they have a lot of good reviews so I guess to each their own but I personally wouldn't come back again. Not the worst experience but not worth the drive for me or the money. I drove about 35mins because of the reviews so this was a miss for me. I will say Kevin gave me an amazing foot massage and while that was a 10/10 my priority was the pedicure with color Price: I went with my boyfriend and we both got the same service and it came out to $172 with tax BEFORE tip

She has also applied my permanent eye liner. Lina takes the time to make sure you understand the process of cosmetic dermatology and puts all your anxieties at ease. Unfortunately, there are many victims of bad cosmetology walking around. After carefully examining the results of a few colleagues and associates who went elsewhere, I knew what I didn't want my brows to look like. When I tell people my brows are tattooed they are always surprised and take a good hard look and the response is the same: "Wow, they look great!" As a woman of color we have special skin care needs related to our melanin. Lina is well educated on our needs and has earned my full confidence. She is highly experienced working on all skin types. Not only does she have about 40 professional certifications behind her name, (she has been doing this work for decades) her reputation is solid. Lina is the only cosmetologist I will allow to touch my face. She is, hands down, the best there is and everyone leaves her office feeling better about their appearance. Lina also does electrolysis among many other cosmetic procedures. My family members were so impressed with my results that my mother and sister also had theirs done. I have referred others to Lina as well, including my African American, Middle Eastern and Latina friends -and everyone has been highly satisfied. For first-timers, you can schedule a consultation to discuss the procedure you desire and any special concerns you might have. If you are contemplating permanent make up, I encourage you to give Lina a call and start looking and feeling your very best!
