My experience was the Brazilian wax was great. My wax technician was very friendly, nice and knowledgeable. I didn't really pay much attention to it at the time, but when I arrived home, I noticed that there were a few missed spots on my inner thigh and other lady parts . Checking out I was offered to purchase a bunch of different options for wax passes for one or three of the services that I just gotten and I felt bad that the receptionist did all of the work out to offer several different kinds of payment plans declined as I always do at EWC - like most people I don't go in for a $60 wax and just casually drop 900 bucks on a year worth of waxes that's some thing that I deliberately purchase and don't need to be asked every single time I get a wax. I wasn't even annoyed and even thanked her for doing the work, but she simply shook her head and checked out. Gotta say that went right up my behind and solidified my never returning to this location and prolly EWC altogether- it was giving me Barnes & Noble vibes where if you don't purchase their unneeded membership, then guilt you into thinking they're going to get fired basically. the quality of the wax they use has kept me coming back here since prior to Covid but I just don't know if it's worth the uncomfortable decline of wax passes every single time.
