I came here for the first time in like 9 years because I been here before to get my pedi done. Ok so I came in and requested for the guy Long to get my nails done. I came in so confident that I was going to be satisfy. I came in with old nails and had it soak off and taken it out by a fake nail. That was part was ok. I had to ask to twice to get it soak off. There's no way I would have let them dig it out and they're not suppose to do that! I ask for natural looking and round ish and almond shape nail . He was so rough with my nails when he file the side. The side had alot of acrylic to my skin. I am traumatized by this and will never ever go there and or to anyone. I never had anyone this rough on my nails. My nails came out so bulky and wide. I was so sad but I tip him too because I felt bad if I didn't but now I regret tipping him. They're not friendly. The wife looks miserable. They have a very cute dog and I feel bad that the dog have to breath in that air. Cheap price, cheap service:( so sad My nails sloppy shape too. I felt like I was getting my naps done by a student in cosmetology school and felt like he was having trouble doing my nails :( never again will I go here and or go anywhere. I sat in the furthest pedi chair from the entrance and I just kept hearing "You are being recorded" over and over, throughout the service. I've had many pedis in my time and there's a usual order to it in regards to massage, paraffin, clean and paint nails... This was a out of order that what I'm accustomed to but it worked out. Same outcome. I just found it odd. But why was I charged $55 when I asked for the $45 treatment? I don't remember what the difference in treatments were but I'm pretty sure I asked for the $45 one because I had to repeat myself several times and what I got was what I believed to be the $45 treatment. I didn't fight it. I paid and left.

I called the day before to schedule an appointment and the guy who answered the phone was very professional, took my name and helped me work out a time that was best for me and my mother to come in the next day. The next day when I arrived, we were quickly ushered to sit in our chairs (for a pedicure) and even given water as we were able to enjoy the massage chairs. The staff doing our pedicures were very friendly and attentive to doing exactly what we requested. The aesthetics of this shop is very pleasing as the shop itself is clean, neat and orderly. They also have a myriad of options for nail polish colors. I ended up selecting a gel nail polish, which at the time of writing this review, a month later, is still intact on my toe nails. (I know - I need another pedicure soon. lol) I will say the price was a little bit costly compared to other places I have been, however, that may be because we selected one of the highest packages. Either way, my mother enjoyed the shop and even upon leaving the guy at the register, welcomed us to come back by giving us a 10% off our next service coupon. I will say due to the friendly staff, the clean environment and all of the safety protocols that they take to make sure that you get a clean experience, I would definitely visit the shop again. I have been a loyal client for over a year, consistently spending over $100 per visit, and I have always come in respectfully, communicated clearly, and expected the level of service that matches the price I pay. Today, a nail tech abruptly took over my service and immediately told me I "should go somewhere else" because I'm "never satisfied." I have never raised my voice, insulted anyone, or behaved disrespectfully. I simply expect quality for the price I pay. She went as far as saying the staff "gets scared" when I come in, which is not only unprofessional but completely false. Throughout the past year, I've also noticed that the staff frequently speaks in their language while looking directly at me or other clients, creating an uncomfortable environment where customers feel talked about instead of respected. This has happened every single time I've visited. To make matters worse, shortly before my service was finished, I overheard another woman complaining about her nail tech as well, proving I'm not the only customer experiencing issues. When I requested a small discount due to the disrespect I received, the salon refused. No apology, no accountability, and no professionalism. After a year of loyalty and hundreds of dollars spent, this is how I was treated. I will not be returning, and I hope management seriously reevaluates how staff communicates with customers and handles feedback.
