I will NEVER return! I was a regular customer but last week RUDE owner began YELLING at another customer that did nothing wrong & told her to pay & "get out" before her manicure was even done! After owner YELLED at the client to my left inches from my face like 10 times (while in manicure chairs) I simply asked her to please stop yelling..SHE KICKED ME OUT & made me pay with pedicure not even dry yet & manicure not done. BIG language barrier with 3rd employee causing the boss to get NASTY & MAD at customers! It's hard to believe but the boss even jumped up & down repeatedly motioning for us to KISS her "backside" & to go away. WORST experience of my life with a retail business!! If I had it on video it would go VIRAL & she'd be out of business tomorrow LOL! read more

Worst place to get nails done. Please save your time and money and find a better place!!! I took my daughter get her gel nails done here and they ended falling off five days later. I decided to take her back and get them fixed. The owner was really upset that I asked to get them fixed or to return my money. She yelled at me in front of many other customers including my daughter and other children as well as her own little girl. Her husband was upset when I approached my daughter as she was getting her nails done. He said it was his policy that I could not watch how she got her nails fixed. His wife then decided to scream at me and from what I could understand she was really upset at the fact that I had returned to get my daughters nails fixed. She said that gel nails only last one week and that they are not responsible for nails after one week. She yelled at me and said she was doing this job for 25 years and that she knew what she was doing. She said that they don't give refunds back and that next time I could not get the nails fixed. She can rest assure I'm not getting nowhere near that place ever again!! The place is extremely dirty from top to bottom. Dirty floors, walls, tables, etc. Trash everywhere. I have never been to such unprofessional nail salon as this one. Extremely disappointed!!!! read more

I hate to do this. :( I've been here twice, once (and first time) on a sunday, and today, which is a Friday. My sunday experience was this: Came in, and the place was empty. I usually only have sundays free, so was happy to find a place open since I wanted to start doing my nails again. None of the workers talked to me.... The lady who did my nails (which I know now is the owner) barely said a word to me...... I figured she didn't know much English, so just smiled and let her do her thing. They have a little dog in there, who was sick, and the dad kept telling the little girl that she had to give it water... They all gave me dirty looks, but I figured maybe it was just a bad day? She did a good job on my nails, and when I tipped her nice, that was when she finally looked at me and she said thank you, have a good day. Ok, great! Not the best, but I knew I'd be back... Ok, so today, Friday... I was a little pressed for time, but not really. I walked in and there was about 5 ladies getting their nails/feet done. They said, "What do you want done!" and I said, "Oh, you look a little busy, do you know how long..." And they cut me off "You sit! Right here I'm almost done!!" and the lady he was working on gave me huge eyes, and looked at me like, "omg sit down or we're all gonna die". I said, "Oh okay, sounds good"..... Then... the lady (owner) WENT OFF! Full on hysterical. "Everyone has to wait!" "People need to learn their manners!!" "In my country, people are starving!" And she kept going on.... Oh my goodness, I was so scared. I was almost ready to just walk out, but I felt so bad that she was so mad. she was pretty much just screaming. And she then started very loudly tell a story about someone recently who came in and she didn't like. I guess they yelled back and forth at each other, and the lady walked out/she kicked her out. She went on about this lady for atleast 5 minutes, it felt like more, but I was mortified. I could hear her yelling these things in my direction. Omg like I said before, I was scared. Terrified. She then went on to say, and I kid you not, that the lady who did that to her sounded like a women from her country screaming from paying and getting hot water poured on her Pu***. .... She repeated this three times, and laughed. Whats more crazy, is the lady getting her nails done by her was agreeing with everything she said (but I kinda think she was just scared for her life). The workers kept giving me dirty looks. And some of the customers looked mortified. She kept saying something to her husband who did my nails. At one point he asked if I had to be at work, and "Don't you have a nanny for your kids?" Oh my goodness. I mean, I don't have a nanny, and I'm by no means rich. :( I understand that it was a Friday, and maybe I didn't know about something that happened earlier, but oh my goodness, I was terrified in there. She's scary. I have to admit, I'm very gentle and a push over, but I really feel as if she took it to far. I want to go back, just cause I like being loyal, but I won't be. I'm so sorry. :( Come here when it's not busy. Come here if you are older. Come here if you don't mind the coldness from the owner. :( I really wanted this place to work. read more

Went to get my nails done with my mom. I normally go to a salon in Bothell that I really like but my mom just had surgery so I didn't want to make her go out of her way. We decided to try this place out after reading reviews and a bad experience at Couture Nails in Monroe. They got us started right away which was great. I was hoping we could sit together but they sat us across the walkway so I couldn't chat or anything which was kind of a bummer it was supposed to be a "girls day" sort of thing and we weren't anywhere next to each other. Also, made her get up and move stations at one point (she just had knee surgery) instead of accommodating her by bringing the gel UV lights over to the station she was already at. The guy that did her nails did a really great job they turned out really cute. The lady that did my nails did a great job too. They switched me to someone else to do the gel color and it seemed rushed a bit. It didn't turn out bad but I can see where some of the gel went up on my cuticles instead of being brushed off around the bottom for a more clean look. The price was cheaper than it would normally cost for me to get my nails filled which was a plus. They're super friendly and very engaging in conversation and made us laugh. read more

Have been going here for a few years and really liked the one lady who did my waxing and I saw that they were doing the lashes now so I made an appointment went in and got yelled at to come in the back in hallway and the owner started throwing bags and garage off the table then threw a dirty stained towel down and told me to lay down...I couldn't understand her with the mask and all the gauze over her mouth and she started yelling at me saying she threw me out before and I told her to go f herself and left she grabbed me and I almost called police I think she's losing her mind by the way she acted ...place is dirty and they have a broken chair in entry thats on the floor I miss the nice lady that use to work there will never go back Horrible read more

I have been going to glamour nails ever since a friend suggested it. I was new to the area. They are so great! I moved to Burien and was so dissapointed when i tried the salons in this area. My boyfriend thinks I'm crazy to drive 45mins (without traffic) to get my nails done here, but they do such a great job!! It's a local family owned and family run business. WORST PEDICURE EVER, for many reasons. The lady doing my toes kept gouging my skin while cleaning the nails, kept asking if I was ok and saying I'm sorry. She massaged one foot but not the other and didn't massage my legs at all. The shape of the nail was horrible. I got a French and the line was quite a bit thicker than normal, didn't looked like it was done at a salon. There were a few places where she didn't sand my feet and felt scratchy when done. I called the next day to have them redone and was told to come down. I dropped my son off at a babysitter and arrived within 15 minutes of the call, only to find out that they were closed. I went in the next morning and was treated horrible. I was calm and polite, the owner and her husband flipped out and started screaming. Called me stupid, told me I was at the wrong salon, told me my pedicure was ugly (I had it redone elsewhere) and told me that nothing is free in America and to get the hell out of there. Keep in mind that I was calm the entire time. Very unprofessional and immature in my opinion. Obviously I won't be going back there, I hope you don't either.
